A Correlational Study On Female Infertility And Negative Emotion

Objective:To describe the relationship between fertility related problems,family function and negative emotions in infertile women,and to explore the relationship between fertility related problems,family function and negative emotions.Methods:Extraction in the reproductive center of Nanchang in the two provincial three hospitals 148 patients met the inclusion criteria of infertile women were interviewed by questionnaire,family related problems(FPI),family adaptability and Cohesion Scale Chinese Version(FACES II-CV),irritability,depression and anxiety scale(IDA)study of fertility problems,family function and negative emotion level were measured,were analyzed using SPSS 17 statistical analysis software for data collection.Results:1.A total of 165 questionnaires were distributed in this study,and the effective questionnaires were recovered.The recovery rate of the effective questionnaires was148(89.7%).2.Infertile women Fertility related problem to(173.78 + 22.22),each dimension item score is in the order of the parent role(5.45 + 0.95),the relationship between husband and wife(3.64 + 0.80),childless life style(3.53 + 0.76),social relations(3.36 + 0.55)and sex(3.11 + 0.73).In this study,the fertility related problems and scores of each dimension were higher than those of similar studies(P < 0.05)3 Female infertility patients family function score was 111.30 + 18.63,family function in intimacy scores of western countries and the norm of no significant difference(P > 0.05),and the family adaptability were significantly lower than those of the West Chang Mo(P < 0.01).The type of family of female infertility patients,balanced family: 32 people,the percentage of the middle family: 76,a percentage of51.3%;extreme type family: 40 people,the percentage of 27%.4.Age is greater than the negative emotion score of female infertility patients 35 years of age is higher than that of less than 35 years of age(P < 0.05);education level of patients with negative emotions and the dimension showed decreasing trend;the economic situation of the family with the better off negative emotions and the score of each dimension is lower;for infertility 2-5 patients with negative emotions and scores higher than the other two groups;the primary source for male fertility problems or in the patients with negative emotions and scores higher than the other three groups.5.The higher the score of the fertility related problems,the higher the negative emotion score,the correlation coefficient was 0.168-0.493,and the fertility related problems were positively correlated with negative emotions.6.The lower the score of family function,the higher the score of negative emotion,the correlation coefficient was-0.174 ~-0.477,the family function was negatively correlated with negative emotion.7.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the key factors affecting the female infertility patients with negative emotions score according to the importance order of social relations(beta =0.401),the parent role(beta =0.248),family adaptability(able to explain 18.6% of the variance,and beta = 0.239),infertility(beta=0.205)and fertility the primary source of problems(the man or the parents,=0.176,beta).The five variables of the regression model were combined to predict the variation of 41.8%.Conclusions:1.The fertility related problems of infertile women are more serious,among them,the dimensions of the parents' role need to be shared the highest,and the dimensions of sexual relations are the lowest.2.Women with infertility have no ability to deal with the abnormal events,and their family function is in a low level.3.The level of negative emotion was influenced by age,education level,family economic status,length of life,the primary source of fertility problems.4.There was a positive correlation between the negative emotion and the related problems of fertility in infertile women,and the more the fertility related problems were,the more serious the negative emotion was.5.The negative emotion of female infertility patients was negatively correlated with family function.6.Social relationship is the most important influencing factor of negative emotion of female patients with infertility.Medical staff on the family and social function of patients with continuous detection,pay close attention to the patient during the treatment of mental health.
