Recently, China’s social work develops quickly and promotes the school social work. Professional social work practice in the schools play the important role and cause wide attention gradually, especially in rural boarding schools where brings to students a distinctive, rich and colorful campus life. China Youth Development Foundation" Hope Community Project" settled on the school in the process, uphold the basic concept and professional social work method which based on the students’ physical and mental health and the ability. It launched a series of school social work professional services, to promote the healthy growth and all-round development of students, and to explore the rural school social work mode a bold attempt. In the hope primary school, the school social work service experiences are promoted.This paper is based on the author in the" Hope Community Project" professional practice process, using the methods of social work, combined with the boarding school to carry out the characteristics of the work of some work experience. The paper share the school social work in rural boarding schools some experience. At this stage of social work in the intervention schools in the process of practice, aiming at boarding schools in rural areas of endemic situation and problems to explore new mode. We carried out the case counseling, team and group activities, social class, hope the book bar, hope cinemas, theme activities and so on. We develop multiple levels of intervention, such as "the development, prevention, treatment." This is good for the comprehensive development of students. Students can solve problems with an unexpected effect. The success of this project will make the rural school social work service to a higher level, helps to explore a suitable boarding school in rural areas which to promote the multiple forms and multi-level combination of school social work mode. We can believe that the mode can improve boarding school students in learning and life.
