With the continuous development of China's economy,rural primary and secondary school education has been a great development.Since 2004,in order to improve the educational environment in rural areas,the goal of nine years of compulsory education and the basic elimination of youth illiteracy should be achieved as soon as possible,and compulsory education should be fully covered.In order to solve the problem of "bottleneck" such as the dispersion of rural compulsory education resources and the difficulty of students attending school in remote areas,a number of new boarding and primary schools have been built in rural areas of the Midwest under the promotion of the "boarding project" of the Ministry Middle school students who have just entered puberty are in a critical period of their lives,and accommodation will affect the physical and mental health of young students to a certain extent.Boarding students are a relatively special group compared to non-residential students.Boarding students away from their parents and familiar living environment,in entering the closed collective dormitory life,long in the lack of family feelings of support and care,guidance and supervision of education,most boarders will appear to different degrees of school adaptation problems.Therefore,the problem of school adaptation of boarding students of homestay students has become a hot topic of concern and research for scholars such as psychology,educators and so on,and it is also an urgent problem to be solved in education circles.This article takes Kuche County A Middle School boarding students as the research object,takes the social learning theory and the social support theory as the Theory Foundation to carry on the analysis demonstration.The author has carried on the field research to A boarding Middle school,through the distribution questionnaire,the informal interview method,has the thorough understanding A Middle School boarding student basic situation,from the life adaptation,the learning adaptation,the interpersonal relationship adaptation,the emotion adaptation four aspects analyzes the accommodation student school adaptation question and thereason,on this basis through the social work idea and the method,This paper selects the group activity method in the social work method to try to solve the problem of boarding students ' school adaptation and carry on the empirical analysis.Six group activities were designed for the adaptation of boarding students,which were used in accordance with group objectives,group plans and group activities.Through group activities,the team members in the group to get continuous growth and ability to improve,as well as help boarding students to solve the problems encountered in school adaptation,guide and help boarding students to improve their self-cognition and rational emotions,to achieve the goal of self-efficacy development.This paper evaluates and reflects on the effect of group work intervention,and shows that the working method of group work "participatory" is easy to be carried out in the adaptation of boarding students ' schools,and can be applied in the practical work of student education management.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the adaptation of boarding students ' schools from three levels of social work specialty,school aspect and government.
