Adolescence is a critical period for learning and adapting to various skills.At this stage,teenagers are faced with the task of maintaining their homosexuality and learning independence.At this time,improving their social adaptability will contribute to their all-round development.The author selected the research object from the HB middle school in Xinrong Town,Datong City,Shanxi Province,that is,using the stratified sampling method of concept sampling,116 students were selected from the first grade to the third grade of junior middle school,totaling 348 students to study the social adaptability of rural boarding junior middle school students.A total of 348 questionnaires were sent out and 348 were recovered.314 valid questionnaires were sorted out,with an effective recovery rate of 90.23%.The author uses SPSS22.0 to analyze 314 rural boarding junior middle school students' questionnaires in HB middle school.Among them,reliability test,descriptive analysis,variance analysis,T test,correlation analysis and other statistical methods are mainly used for analysis and comparison.The results show that the overall situation of social adaptability of rural boarding junior middle school students is general.Although the scores of each dimension and total are higher than the average,there is still a certain distance from the full score.In addition,among the six dimensions,family environment adaptability and self-awareness ability are the highest,followed by learning adaptability and frustration tolerance.It is worth noting that the adaptability of interpersonal relationship and social interaction in school is poor,which is quite different from the other dimensions,so interpersonal communication ability needs to be strengthened.In addition,the author also compares gender,grade,boarding experience,parents' attention,frequency of meeting parents,number of friends,self-esteem and family function with the social adaptability of rural boarding junior middle school students,and finds that gender and boarding experience have no significant difference with rural boarding junior middle school students' social adaptability of different grades.There are significant differences in social adaptability among students,especially in the second grade,which is the worst than the other two grades;the more attention parents pay to their children's performance in school,the stronger their social adaptability;the boarders who meet their mothers more often have stronger social adaptability;the number of friends and self-esteem are positively correlated with social adaptability;the healthier the family function,the stronger the boarding ability.The more adaptable the dormitory students are to society.Finally,from the perspective of social work,according to the results of the study,the author puts forward the idea of intervening in the case management of low self-esteem students by providing group service of interpersonal skills to rural boarding junior high school students in grade two.Generally speaking,this paper investigates and studies the social adaptability of rural boarding junior middle school students with relatively objective data,and draws a series of conclusions.It hascertain reference value for other scholars to further study the social adaptability of this group.In addition,the author puts forward the corresponding social work intervention program based on the results,which is also a supplement to the social work research on the social adaptability of rural boarding junior high school students.The author also hopes that through this paper,the social adaptability of rural boarding junior high school students and this group can get more attention and support from the outside world,so that rural boarding junior high school students can get a "high quality" life,thereby enhancing the social adaptability of rural boarding junior high school students,and promoting the development of rural boarding junior high school students faster and more comprehensive!...
