Taking the macro social background of China's social transition period as the starting point,the paper investigates the living conditions of rural boarding schools and rural teachers using the S junior high schools as a case.Combining with the relevant literature,the background and causes of campus bullying in rural areas are analyzed.After a survey of junior middle schools in S township,it was found that the school did not pay enough attention to school bullying,lacked psychological counseling for bullying subjects,in addition,the existing countermeasures are short-lived and there are problems such as execution weakness.These have a great relationship with the overall social development during the period of social transformation in China.First of all,the social stratification in our country is increasing,rural schools and rural teachers are at the bottom of the education system,the reduction of economic capital,cultural capital,and social capital has caused rural schools to lose their competitive advantage and social prestige,while peasants are also in the bottom of the society,the education selection ability is reduced so that they no longer have high expectations for school education.Secondly,the phenomenon of social anomie in the transition period is serious.Loss of morality,the values were more diversified,as well as the frustrations of rural students,the students' misconduct has increased.Finally,boarding made rural students less connected with their families and communities,responsibility and feelings of guilt for family members and villagers are lessening,reduced their will of self-control and create more chance for bullying.The monotonous school life and single evaluation guidelines have given birth to anti-campus culture and bullying has become one of the forms of resistance to school administration.Bullying occurred frequently affects school atmosphere and students' healthy growth.Research on school bullying prevention and control in rural areas is concerning the fairness of urban and rural education,response to the goal of our country to improve the education quality in the deepen reform of the education development stage.Although school bullying occurs on campus,it is affected by the social environment,we must take social factors into account when analyzing campus bullying.According to the analysis of the reasons for the ineffective prevention and control of school bullying in S junior high schools.Raising the capacity of rural boarding schools to combat bullying requires a concerted effort among countries,societies,schools,and families.At the national level,it is necessary to formulate relevant laws and regulations so that there is a law for the governance of bullying on campus.Second,the state formulates policies to narrow the gap between urban and rural education and remold the elite status of rural teachers.At the social level,it is necessary to strengthen social public opinion propaganda against bullying on campus to create a harmonious and legal social environment,create a harmonious and legal social environment.All relevant departments should improve their social supervision duties,take part in the management of bullying in schools.Schools should play their main role in the governance of bullying in schools,increase their emphasis,establish a disciplined school atmosphere and school discipline,and strengthen supervision.At the same time change the educational concept and pay attention to students' mental health and emotional development.In view of the poor effect because of the lack of family support in the prevention and control of bullying in rural boarding schools,the role of family education should be emphasized.Parents should change the way of parenting and establish close relationship with their children,at the same time,parents should change their educational values,change their views on the value of reading,and actively participate in home-school cooperation.Only in this way can we fundamentally reduce the incidence of bullying in rural boarding schools.
