Since 2001,with the adjustment of the new round of primary school layout in China,the school has been widely removed from rural areas,and the original primary and secondary schools in rural areas have been abolished,so that students are concentrated in a small number of urban schools,and some urban schools have been changed.Boarding schools have become the main body of rural schools,achieving optimal allocation of educational resources and improving the quality of education.However,boarding schools have also experienced a series of problems in the development process,which has aroused widespread concern in society.This paper takes boarding students as the research object,and investigates the current situation of the adaptation of 29 boarding students in Y County G County,Lanzhou City through questionnaires and interviews.It is found that 67.9% of boarding students have problems in school life adaptation.In the living environment,learning,interpersonal relationship,psychological and emotional adaptation.By establishing professional relationships with clients,and based on the real needs expressed by boarding students,under the guidance of Maslow's theory of hierarchy and social learning,using the methods and techniques of school social work,targeted self-discipline and school The 8 groups of activities,including school environment adaptation,learning adaptation,interpersonal relationship adaptation,and psychological and emotional adaptation,finally evaluated and reflected on the activities and effects.The study believes that the school team's social work methods have a good effect on solving the problem of rural boarding students' school adaptation.Through group intervention activities,boarding students' ability to adapt to living environment adaptation,learning adaptation,interpersonal relationship adaptation,and psychological and emotional adaptation has been significantly improved,showing that they are more adaptable to the school's living environment,and have cultivated good study habits.The method of interpersonal communication has learned the self-management of psychological emotions.In particular,the use of the growth group model,using group discussions,group games,role-playing and other forms of activities,to promote group members to learn in the entertainment,change in the activities,to help boarding students to stimulate their potential,and basically achieve the group's goals.I hope thatin the future study and life,they will use their activity experience to grow up healthy and happy in the sunshine.
