| The human resource strategy of an enterprise is formulated based on its strategic development goals,and human resource planning is the most important part of the human resource strategy.Doing a good job in human resources planning can help enterprises develop healthily and rapidly.In today’s society,in the external environment,where material levels vary little,the importance of talent is becoming increasingly prominent.For the healthy and stable development of enterprises,the advantages of human resource management planning will enable enterprises to stay ahead of enterprises at the same level.Therefore,how to predict the demand and supply of human resources in enterprises and ensure a balance between supply and demand of human resources is particularly important.The optimization of details such as personnel structure,recruitment,training,and promotion will improve the competitiveness of enterprises.SG Company,as a newly established agricultural product circulation enterprise,attaches particular importance to human resource planning in its early rapid development.This article takes the human resource demand and supply forecast,supply and demand balance of SG Company as the research object,conducts in-depth analysis of the company’s current situation,studies the human resource planning issues of SG Company,and develops human resource planning optimization plans based on the existing problems of the enterprise and the causes of the problems,and develops relevant safeguard measures to ensure the healthy development of the enterprise.This article first expounds the relevant concepts of human resources planning,explains and determines the research methods and overall research ideas.Secondly,collect relevant data and information on enterprise human resources,as well as the current situation of enterprise human resources and enterprise operations.Based on the theoretical knowledge acquired during operation and reasonable analysis of enterprise information collected through field research,the actual situation of enterprise human resource planning is obtained,and the existing problems in enterprise human resource planning are identified.In the research of human resource demand prediction for enterprises,this article uses quantitative regression analysis to predict the talent demand for the development of enterprises in the next five years.At the same time,in the research of human resource supply prediction for enterprises,this article uses Supply prediction matrix method to predict how enterprises can supply corresponding talents in the future.Then,based on the above data,a human resources planning optimization implementation plan that conforms to the strategic development of the enterprise is formulated.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the new plan,relevant safeguards have been formulated.Through this study,we gained a comprehensive understanding of the human resource planning situation of SG Company,which greatly promoted the optimization of SG Company’s human resource planning.At the same time,it also has reference significance for the human resource planning of agricultural product circulation enterprises. |
