By the theory of human resource planning and the human resources of China Mobile Group of internal and external state of the environment, according to business development strategy, the company developed a strategic human resources planning, and implementation of planning the specific security measures. The main contents are as follows:(1) China Mobile Group is facing a saturated market at this stage, industrial integration, competition and development of TD and the four major threats to the economy getting better and better, market segments, the Internet and things such as the four opportunities, the organization of the company at this stage institutional arrangements and personnel were analyzed, obtained: human resources management to effectively play a strategic human resources planning module on the environment and the professional response and support of enterprises and support points of view, to facilitate human resource managers and challenges for different environments the strategy of choice.(2) China Mobile Group and the Group's strategic human resources planning closely, made from the staffing requirements, management and organizational effectiveness to reflect three dimensions to improve the basic framework of ideas. Demand and supply forecasts from the beginning, to meet the supply and demand balance, job analysis and job analysis, develop a reasonable line with the actual situation of the company at this stage of human resources planning.(3) to ensure the smooth implementation of human resource planning, the company put forward the corresponding include incentives, performance evaluation, recruitment management, talent market, recruitment management, and security systems such as pay and benefits, and planning on the organization and culture to give strong support, the establishment of a complete human resources management information system to ensure human resource planning can proceed smoothly.
