Shanxi Zhongzhicheng Communication and Transmission Co.Ltd is a specialized communication service company,whose main business is agent maintaining of transmission line,base stations,domestic customers,indoor distribution and WLAN and so on. It mainly providecommunication services to China Mobile Shanxi Co. Ltd. Paper combined with the company’s business particularity, environmental diversity and complexity of the rapid development of technology, the development of long-term human resource planning is of great significance for the company’s future business development.In this paper, we use the basic theory of human resources and human resource planning as a guide, using Porter’s five forces model analysis of the company’s comprehensive competitiveness of the industry conducted a comprehensive analysis, pointing out all the sincerity of the company current situation and the existence of human resources problem. We use linear regressionand Markov analysisto predict all the sincerity of Shanxi communications Limited transport demand and supply of human resources over the next three years.In the paper, we further develop a human resource planning in line with the company’s current actual needs, and propose measures to guarantee the smooth implementation of the company’s human resources planning. It will play an important role in the development of Shanxi Zhongzhicheng Communication and Transmission Co. Ltd.
