It is one of the current most popular subjects to be researched on how to maximize employee’s professional dedication, self-motivation and enhance vitality in theory and practical. GZ Company where I work for has the challenge of external sluggish economy and internal problems It is one of the current subjects to be researched in GZ Company where I work for on how to maximize employee’s professional dedication, self-motivation and enhance vitality so that the company can become more competitive. Based on the above background and by using the economics and management skills, this article was written with extensive survey and investigation on the scale of employee’s professional dedication and affecting factors. This article also lined out practical solutions of maximizing employee’s professional dedication based on the actual situation of this organization.The article by search finds the property that professional dedication indicator increase by year gradually, but it is lower in general, with analysis of statistics on questionnaire and comparison in transverse and longitudinal, from a practical of GZ view of point based on relevant domestic and oversea theory studied in the article. The concrete manifestation is employee gives lower evaluation on management support and factor of common development, career development of employee is restricted, performance of employee haven’t been recognized much and suggestion of employee not focused, it influence on the employee’s sense of ownership, it is also the factor professional dedication is affected by salary, welfare and working environment. In accordance with conclusion of research and investigation, practical suggestion has been brought out from machining and assembly dept. point of view. This article is not only providing theory and evidence to my research of GZ Company on employee engagement, but also providing reference for other foreign enterprises.
