With the development of big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other digital technologies,human society has stepped into the era of digital economy.In recent years,some leading enterprises in the manufacturing industry have taken the lead in making bold explorations and taking the lead in digital transformation,helping enterprises to improve the quality and efficiency of production,management,operation and other links,enhancing the ability and synergy of resource integration of the whole industrial chain,comprehensively enhancing their competitiveness and seizing new advantages in development.Manufacturing enterprises are human resource intensive enterprises,while China’s manufacturing industry is still in the middle and lower reaches of the global manufacturing supply chain,mostly processing.In order to occupy a favorable position in the fierce market competition environment,it is necessary to pay attention to the investment and development of human resources,improve the overall comprehensive quality of employees,fully mobilize their work enthusiasm,and fully tap their work potential.Constantly improve the economic benefits of enterprises,so as to effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Promoting the digital transformation of human resource development in manufacturing enterprises is conducive to realizing the coordinated development of technology and management,optimizing the allocation of talent structure,fully exploiting talent potential,making up for the deficiency of traditional human resource management,improving enterprise efficiency,laying the foundation for the overall digital transformation of enterprises,and comprehensively enhancing the innovation and comprehensive strength of enterprises.The digital transformation of human resource development is not only the trend of The Times,but also the necessary condition for manufacturing enterprises to cope with market competition.This paper takes Z Company as a case study.Based on the research and review of domestic and foreign literature,through questionnaire survey and interview method,the current situation of Z Company’s human resources development is understood from the aspects of human resources strategic planning,employee career planning,employee recruitment,employee training,and digital transformation of human resources development,and the main problems existing in the company’s human resources development are summarized.Based on this,it proposes the establishment of enterprise digital culture,human resources strategic transformation and digital transformation platform,and the use of talent portraits to formulate corresponding measures for the digital transformation of career planning,recruitment and personnel allocation,staff training and development,so as to help the company create a digital atmosphere,quickly and accurately obtain all aspects of the company’s staff information,and achieve accurate person-post matching.Develop career planning and personalized training programs for employees,establish a more perfect employee development system,and accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises.Finally,it puts forward three measures to set up a special management team,carry out special skills training and strengthen financial support,so as to guarantee the effective implementation of the digital transformation of human resources development of Z company.
