| With the sprung up of hot words,such as,cloud computing and AI intelligence,big data,the digital world is gradually affecting our way of life.In recent years,under the great background of digital transformation and industrial upgrading,digitization has even begun to permeate into the management of enterprises and organizations,of which its impact on the efficiency of human resource management is particularly prominent.The sudden outbreak of Covid-19 in 2020 accelerates the speed faster than ever enterprise digital transformation.Simultaneously,it also brings great challenge to the digital transformation of enterprises.At present,there is little research on the organization of digital transformation after the epidemic situation at home and abroad and less mature literature theory support.In the process of studying the digital transformation of the organization,most of scholars only choose a single dimension to study.Moreover,in terms of the effectiveness in human resources management,the research on the antecedent variables between organization digital transformation and organization in response to epidemic situation is relatively limited without inductive classification of its specific content.Based on the existing theoretical research results,the purpose of this study is to build a complete research model of tissue digital transformation.Using methods of literature analysis,interview,questionnaire and data analysis,taking organizational digital transformation as argument,employee’s trust in digital transformation as regulating variable,the effectiveness of human resource management as intermediary variable,organizational performance in response to epidemic as dependent variable,this paper analyzes and summarizes relationship of the variables,makes assumptions and constructed the theoretical research model of the influence of organization digital transformation on the efficiency of human resource management.After empirical analysis of the data,the main findings show that:(1)The organization digital transformation is divided into four parts:the organization establishes the digital workplace;the organization uses the digitization to manage the process,the information and the automation,;the organization uses the digitization to carry on the platform application and the quantification management;the organization uses the digitization to forecast and make decision.(2)The organization digitization transformation has the positive effect on effectiveness of human resources management.(3)The digital transformation of the organization has no significant effect on the organization performance in response to the epidemic situation.(4)The effectiveness of human resource management plays an intermediary role between the organization digital transformation and the performance in response to the epidemic situation.(5)Employees’s trust in digital transformation plays a regulatory role between organizational digital transformation and effectiveness of human resources management.Through the above conclusions,this paper reveals that the coming era of digital economy.Especially in the context of this year’s pandemic,digital transformation is the irresistible general trend.Enterprises should seize the new forms of business,new momentum and new opportunities brought by this public health event,and adapt to the opportunities and dividends brought by the development of digital technology in a timely manner,to win the digital war against the epidemic with joint efforts. |
