Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of the Internet,the connection between people and things is getting closer and closer.This increasingly close connection also brings the concept of digitalization.Coupled with the development of Internet of Things technology and Internet foundation,digital communication has formed a new way of communication between companies and employees.In the development of the Internet,the digital development is gradually erasing the communication gap between companies and employees.Companies can assign tasks to employees at any time and monitor work status through digital information,which has become a new trend of workplace development.As China shifts from the post-epidemic era to the era of epidemic normalization,various industries are facing new challenges.In order to cope with the instability of external environment and adapt to the digital environment,logistics enterprises actively develop business scenarios and explore more efficient restructuring of organizational structure.Among all kinds of development directions,human resource management is the focus of modern enterprise management,and it is also the most complex and important work in enterprise management.It also faces the improvement and optimization under the background of digitalization.Based on previous studies and guided by achievement demand theory,equity theory and two-factor theory,this paper firstly conducted a research on the current situation of human resource management in Q Company by conducting questionnaire survey and interview with the human resource management team of Q Company and some management and key position employees in the headquarters.The organizational structure,management system,business process and digital transformation progress of Q Company as well as the use of the main functions of digital management are introduced in detail.Secondly,it summarizes the problems existing in the digital management of human resources of Q Company and analyzes the causes.It believes that the current data information sharing degree of Q Company is poor,the human resource demand does not match the actual situation,and the existing data analysis is not perfect.The causes of the problems are summarized as the failure to build an effective data sharing platform,the function of the existing modules is not perfect,and the ability of data analysis is weak.On this basis,the optimization plan and safeguard measures of human resource management of Q Company are put forward.By using digital technology to build systems,create digital management culture and cultivate digital talents and other measures,we have explored the solution and optimization of the main core modules of human resources,which is a new exploration in cross-border logistics enterprises.This study has certain theoretical value and provides certain reference value for enterprises in the same industry.
