In the era of big data,it is required that enterprise human resources must shift from manual and self reporting to automatic data capture and analysis,drive human resources decision-making with digitalization,support rational allocation of human resources,and promote the overall improvement of enterprise efficiency.Since the 14 th Five Year Plan period,the tobacco industry has also been actively promoting the digital transformation.J Tobacco Company,as a prefecture level branch of H Tobacco Company,has common problems in human resources of commercial enterprises in the tobacco industry.In the process of digital transformation of the industry,the demand for digital talents is growing day by day,and the allocation of human resources is not reasonable enough.Based on this background,aiming at the inevitable trend of digital transformation in the industry,this paper takes J Tobacco Company as the research object to conduct research and analysis,study the current situation of the enterprise’s human resources allocation,and effectively analyze the existing weaknesses,and give a feasible optimization design,so that it can further play to its talent competitive advantage,comprehensively improve its management level and business performance,The overall improvement of the company’s competitiveness in the industry of H Province can also provide new ideas and methods for the optimization of human resources allocation of other tobacco industry commercial enterprises in the context of digital transformation.This paper takes the digital transformation of the tobacco industry as the background,combines the relevant concepts of digital transformation and the theory of human resource allocation,and uses a variety of research methods,such as literature research,questionnaire survey,quantitative analysis,to deeply explore the optimization of human resource allocation of J Tobacco Company.This paper analyzes and summarizes the basic situation of J Tobacco Company’s human resource allocation from three aspects of total human resource allocation,structural allocation and quality allocation,and analyzes the necessity of J Tobacco Company’s human resource allocation optimization under the background of digital transformation.The empirical analysis was conducted in the form of questionnaires and data analysis method to find out the main defects in the total allocation,structural allocation and quality allocation of human resources of the company in the context of digital transformation and the problems that affect the company’s further development and growth,and find out the causes of the problems,so as to optimize and design the total allocation,structural allocation and quality allocation of human resources of J Tobacco Company in the context of digital transformation.From the overall perspective of J Tobacco Company,propose specific measures for the optimal implementation of the company’s human resources allocation,including ideological security,institutional security and organizational security.
