Information talents are the main body of innovation activities of information technology enterprises,and their innovation level is the core element to promote the high-quality development of information technology industry.For this reason,this paper makes an in-depth research on the factors and mechanisms that affect the innovation performance of information talents.First of all,according to the AMO theory and Self-determination theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the relationship between career growth and innovation performance of information talents,and puts forward relevant research hypotheses.Secondly,with the mature scale widely recognized by the academic community as a tool,a questionnaire survey was conducted on employees of many information technology enterprises,and a total of 364 valid questionnaires were collected.Furthermore,the quality of the recovered data was tested by SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 software,and the research hypothesis was verified by multiple hierarchical regression analysis and Bootstrap analysis.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Career growth,career calling and inclusive leadership can significantly improve the innovation performance of information talents.(2)Craftsman spirit plays a part of intermediary role in the relationship between career growth,career calling and inclusive leadership on innovation performance.(3)Career calling,inclusive leadership and their interaction can positively regulate the relationship between career growth and the craftsman spirit.In general,based on a new perspective of career growth,this paper studies the impact of career growth on the innovation performance of information talents from a new perspective,which not only enriches and expands the connotation of relevant theories and variables,but also provides practical suggestions for enterprise executives to further effectively cultivate information talents and tap their innovation potential.
