Research On The Evaluation Of Agricultural Industry Development Level In Xiaogan City Under The Background Of Industrial Revitalization Strategy

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is aimed at solving many problems that exist in the historical development process of China’s agricultural and rural areas,such as unbalanced urban and rural development,unstable agricultural foundation,lagging rural social undertakings,and low degree of agricultural modernization.It can enable the vast rural areas to share the prosperity of economic and social development,achieve coordinated urban and rural development,and consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation.To achieve rural revitalization,industrial prosperity is the key,and industrial revitalization is the most important part of the rural revitalization strategy,which is related to the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Xiaogan City is located in the hinterland of the Jianghan Plain in Hubei Province,with superior geographical location and abundant agricultural resources.Agriculture is still in a dominant position in the city’s industry.Seven counties and cities under its jurisdiction are among the largest grain production counties in the country,with the output of various agricultural products ranking at an important level in Hubei Province.However,there are still many problems in the development of its agricultural industry,such as land system,which hinder the further development of Xiaogan City’s agricultural industry,It has had an impact on the overall promotion of rural revitalization in Xiaogan City.Therefore,in the context of industrial revitalization,under the guidance of agricultural industry development and agricultural industrialization theory,based on the existing conditions and current situation of agricultural industry development in Xiaogan City,this article analyzes the development basis of agricultural industry,the level of agricultural industry investment,the level of agricultural modernization,the extension of agricultural industry chain,and the level of industrial integration development Establish an indicator system for measuring the development level of Xiaogan’s agricultural industry from six perspectives: economic benefits and ecological benefits of agricultural industry development.Based on the entropy method and comprehensive index method,measure the collected indicators of agricultural industry development level,analyze and evaluate the measurement results,and compare the development level of Xiaogan’s agricultural industry with that of Jingzhou City and Enshi Prefecture.It is found that Xiaogan City has achieved industrial chain extension and industrial integration development There are some problems in the investment of agricultural industry,the utilization and rational allocation of its own resources,and the development and protection of the ecological environment.Finally,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are given from promoting industrial integration and development,increasing industrial investment,more rational allocation and use of existing resources,deepening the development of green agriculture,and enhancing its own endogenous development momentum.
