Study On Measure And Promotion Strategy Of Rural Industry Integration Level In Henan Province

Rural revitalization is a necessary requirement for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and a great modern socialist country,realizing the "two centenary Goals" and the Chinese Dream of great national renewal.Industrial prosperity is the key to the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.As one of the important measures to promote rural industrial prosperity and implement rural revitalization,rural industrial integration provides the main path to improve rural living environment and increase rural residents’ income.Therefore,promoting the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas is of great practical significance to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the realization of strong agriculture,beautiful countryside and rich farmers.In this paper,entropy method and coupling coordination degree analysis method are used to study Henan Province,a large agricultural province.Firstly,by reading a large number of literatures,the author combs and summarizes the existing research achievements of relevant scholars in the field of industrial convergence.Under the guidance of relevant concepts such as rural revitalization strategy,industry and industrial integration,rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration,as well as agricultural industry chain and agricultural multifunctional energy theory,This paper analyzes the natural and human conditions of the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Henan Province and the current situation of the integrated development mode of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries and the benefit linkage mechanism of the integrated management of the rural industries in Henan Province.Secondly,according to the actual situation of rural industry integration development in Henan Province,follow the principles of systematization,dynamics,sustainability and operability,and start from the economic and social benefits brought by the integration of agriculture and related industries in the process of rural industry integration in Henan province.This paper constructs an evaluation system of rural industry integration development degree of Henan Province,which includes five levels,namely extension of agricultural industry chain,multifunctional expansion of agriculture,development of agricultural service industry,increase of farmers’ income and employment,and integration of urban and rural areas,and 20 specific indexes.This paper analyzes the development level of rural industry integration in Henan Province in recent years.Firstly,the entropy method is used to obtain the weight of each index,and then the comprehensive score of each index system is calculated to analyze the driving effect of each index system on the rural industry integration.Then,the coupling coordination degree model is used to further analyze the coupling degree and coordination degree among each index,and analyze whether each index restricts or promotes each other.Finally,according to the calculation and analysis,it is concluded that the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural Henan Province has a good side with high development level and a good development trend,but it also has a bad side.First,the degree of fusion and coordination of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas needs to be further improved;second,the importance of each driving factor of the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas changes greatly.Based on this,it is proposed to strengthen the construction of modern agricultural system,extend the agricultural industry chain,and strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure,accelerate the development of rural informatization,and strengthen farmers’ income and employment services,steadily improve farmers’ income and other driving factors to facilitate the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries for further good development;By enhancing the understanding of agricultural multifunction,mining agricultural multifunction and ensuring farmers to share the benefits of integration,shortening the gap between urban and rural places to improve the coordination degree of integration behavior and integration effect and other countermeasures and suggestions,we hope to promote the integrated development of rural industries.
