Research On The Development Of Agricultural Producer Services In Anhui Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

China’s agricultural production mode is transitioning from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,and agricultural producer service industry is the key to the transition of agricultural production mode and an important way to realize the high-quality development of agriculture.In recent years,as a major agricultural province,Anhui Province has actively responded to the national call,vigorously supported the development of agricultural producer services and promoted the refinement of agricultural industrial division of labor.In view of the current situation and problems of the development of agricultural producer services in Anhui Province,further research is of certain practical significance to accelerate the realization of agricultural modernization in Anhui Province.Based on the theory of specialized division,industrial organization and transaction costs and other disciplines,and using the data of Anhui Province and 16prefecture-level cities from 2011 to 2020,this paper makes an empirical study on the development level and influencing factors of agricultural producer services in Anhui Province.The results show that:(1)The development level of agricultural producer services in Anhui Province shows an upward trend as a whole.(2)There is a gap in the development level of agricultural producer services between northern,central and southern Anhui.Among them,the development level of agricultural producer services in southern Anhui lags far behind that in central and Northern Anhui.(3)The level of agricultural production and service industry in Anhui Province is negatively related to the level of agricultural production and service industry development,while the level of agricultural production and service industry in Anhui Province is not significantly affected by the level of scientific and technological support.According to the research conclusions on the development of agricultural producer services in Anhui Province,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: develop agricultural producer services according to local conditions and develop more detailed special agricultural producer services;Improve the construction of agricultural infrastructure and strengthen the construction of transportation,communication and logistics system in rural areas;Strengthen investment in agricultural science and technology,enhance the ability of scientific and technological innovation,and improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements;Increase policy support,expand the scope of policy guarantee,and create a good space for the development of agricultural producer services.
