Study On The Construction Of Development Level Evaluation System Of Modern Agricultural Industrial Park Based On Structural Entropy Weight Method

As we all know,China is a large agricultural country.The food demand of nearly 1.4billion people makes agricultural development very important;To steadily drive the overall development of China’s economy,we must put the development of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the first place.The development of modern agricultural parks is an important method to promote agricultural development.It can not only promote the development of modern agriculture,but also transform agricultural science from theory to practice,help farmers increase output,combine modern agricultural information and technology,and promote the continuous improvement of overall agricultural benefits,which can greatly promote the development of China’s agriculture in the direction of modernization.Based on literature research,investigation and quantitative analysis,this paper has constructed the evaluation model of modern agricultural industrial park,and has evaluated Danyang Modern Agricultural Industrial Park as the evaluation object.Firstly,it has comprehensively expounded the research background,significance,content and methods of this paper,and summarized the research literature at home and abroad.Secondly,it has deeply analyzed of the relevant concepts of modern agricultural industrial park and performance evaluation,as well as the relevant theories of modern agriculture,such as industrial agglomeration theory,development pole theory,and transformation of traditional agriculture theory and so on.At last,on the basis of determining the principle and purpose of evaluation,the initial evaluation index was selected,the evaluation index was reduced based on expert consultation method,and finally the evaluation index system was determined.On these basis,the index weight was calculated based on the structural entropy weight method,so that the evidence synthesis evaluation method based on the modified evidence theory was determined.Then,the development evaluation model of modern agricultural industrial park based on structural entropy weight method and modified evidence theory has been established with five primary indicators:economic benefit,social benefit,ecological benefit,technical benefit and industrial benefit.Danyang modern agricultural industrial park was taken as the evaluation object to evaluate the development of Danyang modern agricultural industry at last.The results showed that the evaluation result of Danyang modern agricultural industrial park was"poor",and the maximum membership of economic benefit index C₁,ecological benefit index C₃,technical benefit index C₄and social benefit index C₂belongs to"poor"and"general",which needs to be improved.According to the research results,in terms of economic benefits,this paper has put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening project management,strengthening policy support and guidance,improving park land policy,building agricultural industrial chain,supporting agricultural product circulation innovation and so on;In terms of social benefits,it has put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as perfecting the agricultural technology extension system and strengthening the training of professional farmers;In terms of ecological benefits,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening scientific agricultural production,strengthening the investigation of potential risks,and grasping the source control of agricultural pollution;In terms of technical benefits,it has put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the support of agricultural technology policy,strengthen the introduction and cultivation of technical manpower,and improve the informatization level of the park.This paper has studied that it was conducive to make scientific and reasonable judgments and decisions on the management level and future development trend of modern agricultural parks,it could be used to improve its business performance and development speed,enhance the market competitiveness of modern agricultural industrial parks,and finally make modern agricultural parks played more roles.It might also provided a reference for the performance evaluation of modern agricultural industrial parks in other regions,which has strong strong theoretical and practical significance..
