The bio-pharmaceutical industry in the world has developed rapidly in recent years,and competition also to be increasingly fierce.The competition between enterprises is ultimately a competition for talents.No matter for the innovative drug companies,or the CDMO(Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization)enterprises are in urgent need of talents.Whether it is the founding team members,or high-level talent,or the core force,even the front-line experimental and production staff,are moving constantly.Among them,because of the nature of its outsourcing enterprises,CDMO enterprises have greater personnel mobility,which puts forward higher requirements for the personnel management of biopharmaceutical CDMO companies.This leads to more and more bio-pharmaceutical enterprises begin to pay attention to employee job satisfaction,and regard it as a ruler for testing of enterprise management level,so the A bio-pharmaceutical company it is.Therefore,the research object of this article is the job satisfaction for employees of A bio-pharmaceutical company,by understanding the current situation of the employees’ job satisfaction and analyzing the reasons,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the job satisfaction for the employees,in order to help the company improve its employee job satisfaction through targeted strategies and measures,ensure the stability of talent and development of the enterprises,and also hope to provide reference for other similar enterprises that encounter the same problems at the same time.In this paper,the development history of A bio-pharmaceutical company and the current situation of its employees’ job satisfaction are summarized against the background of Chinese and foreign papers on employees’ job satisfaction,and it is found that the company has problems with low employees’ job satisfaction.The revised Minnesota Short-form Scale was selected as the tool for the investigation,make the questionnaire and perform the investigation for the job satisfaction of employees for A bio-pharmaceutical company.Excel and SPASS were used to conduct the analysis for the data of questionnaire,such as descriptive statistical analysis,difference analysis of basic personnel statistical information,etc.,and analyze the problems of employees’ job satisfaction from the perspectives of working conditions,leaders,personnel responsibility and extrinsic rewards.The indepth interview was conducted for the employees in order to sort out the reasons why the overall satisfaction of employees did not reach the general level,analyzed the reasons from the multi aspect perspective of leaders,working conditions,external rewards,personnel responsibility of the employee etc.According to the conclusion of the investigation,this article specifically proposes six strategies for improving employee job satisfaction for A biopharmaceutical company,such as: Clear and define the explicit strategic objectives and strategies for the company’s development;establishing an performance evaluation management system consistent with employees’ expectations;create a positive working atmosphere through corporate culture construction;optimize the recruitment strategy;strengthen the construction of the company’s management;optimize the management system of each department.Put forward actions to guarantee the implementation of the promotion strategy and achieve the desired results at last.
