The rapid development of economy leads to the ever-changing market.If an enterprise wants to occupy the market,it must constantly improve its management methods,and develop a set of employee management system suitable for the development of the enterprise to improve employee satisfaction.The higher the employee satisfaction is,the higher the employee's work enthusiasm and initiative will be.It can give full play to the potential of employees,make employees better serve the company,and promote the company's better and faster development.At the same time,the level of employee satisfaction is also a response to the problems in the process of enterprise management,helping enterprises to find and solve problems.Therefore,with the help of employee satisfaction survey,managers can find problems and take positive measures to deal with the crisis and hidden dangers.Only by improving employee satisfaction can excellent talents spare no effort in their work and enterprises have a broader development space.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to improve employee satisfaction.Based on the theory of employee satisfaction,this paper makes a deep analysis of the current situation of employee satisfaction in H company with the help of H company,taking the grass-roots employees of H company as the object of investigation,using the method of questionnaire around the working environment,work content,team cooperation,salary and welfare,corporate culture and personal development.Through the survey,it is found that the employee satisfaction in corporate culture is the highest,the satisfaction in work content is higher,the satisfaction in salary and welfare,work environment,team cooperation is at a medium level,and the satisfaction in personal development is the lowest.In view of the low score factor in the satisfaction of H company's grass-roots employees,this paper puts forward relevant strategies from the aspects of improving working conditions,clarifying the division of responsibilities,strengthening employee communication,establishing and improving the salary system,strengthening the training and training of talents,etc.
