With the prosperity of China's automobile industry and smooth and normal development,especially the independent auto enterprise progresses day by day and product thin hair.FC company becomes the leader in the automotive industry,meanwhile,its development and product sales has aroused immediate concern and widespread discussion among the general public.Customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction is the ideal state of enterprise management.Only satisfied employees will go to the satisfied customers.Employee satisfaction is the end user satisfaction guarantee of the enterprise.It is the important management problem of the cohesion and long-term competitiveness of the relationship to promote employee satisfaction.As a result,it is critical for companies to improve employee satisfaction through management improvements.We should listen to the voices of employees,check company management on all aspects of the problem,make perfect plan and improvement measures earnestly,improve employee satisfaction and trust of the company,training staff to enterprise's identity and sense of belonging,increasing staff to enterprise's cohesive force and centripetal force.It is one of the important management enterprise cohesion and long-term competitiveness to improve enterprise employee satisfaction effectively.Only improve employee satisfaction,promote employee loyalty and engagement,employees are willing to pay for the enterprise and to stay in enterprise,let employees to be the owner of the enterprise,and thus reduce the human cost,to keep up the good enterprise development,annual business objectives to achieve,to realize enterprise development to make a profit.Based on FC employees as the research object,this paper applied documentary reference,theoretical analysis,the research methods of questionnaire and practical experience for research.The theoretical foundation for the paper mainly includes the definition of employee satisfaction,the influencing factors of employee satisfaction,employee satisfaction measurement model and employee satisfaction.At the same time,the paper refers to maslow's hierarchy of needs incentive care dual theory,theory X and theory Y,expectancy theory,goal setting theory,fair theory,reinforcement theory,attribution theory and setback theory,etc.For FC company development present situation and the present situation are summarized,mainly in the form of questionnaire and interview two kinds of employees,for the employee satisfaction research,this book embodies all aspects of employee satisfaction questionnaire,were set up five first-level indicators,20 secondary indexes,a total of 85 questions.On the research results of the different groups of satisfaction drivers problem analysis,finally it is concluded that in the direct leadership,quality management,customer orientation,career opportunities,reward/recognition,vision,caring employees,welfare,senior leaders,performance management and salary eleven aspects such as improvement to focus on and improve.It is important to security system process by FC company from top to bottom with various departments and organizations in enterprises,capital investment.
