With the progress of social productivity and the improvement of people’s living standards,residents have more leisure time and have more demands for recreation.Leisure agriculture provides urban residents with open space and rich forms of entertainment such as farmhouse music,picking garden,homestay and study.It is favored by more and more consumers and has become the primary choice for residents to play short and frequently,as well as an effective way to adjust agricultural industry structure and realize rural revitalization.Therefore,exploring the features of land use efficiency of leisure agriculture and the factors affecting land use efficiency of leisure agriculture can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for improving land use efficiency of leisure agriculture and optimizing spatial layout.In this paper,the rural-urban fringe of Wuhan City is taken as the research area,and the evaluation index system of leisure agricultural land efficiency is constructed from the micro perspective with the help of the input-output index of leisure agriculture.Relevant data were obtained through questionnaire survey and interview,and the efficiency of leisure agricultural land was measured by DEA model.The overall characteristics and spatial distribution rules of the efficiency of leisure agricultural land in the urban-rural fringe of Wuhan were analyzed.With the help of Tobit model,the main factors affecting the land efficiency of leisure agriculture are explored,and the conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall efficiency of leisure agricultural land in the sample sites is relatively low.The comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of most of the leisure agricultural land did not reach the optimal state.The average comprehensive efficiency of leisure agriculture land was 0.402,and the inefficiency level just reached the medium level.However,65% of the sample sites were still in the state of poor and serious inefficiency.The pure technical efficiency of leisure agricultural land is 0.520,and the scale efficiency is 0.775,indicating that the scale efficiency has a greater impact on the comprehensive efficiency at present,and the pure technical efficiency is the main factor limiting the current comprehensive efficiency.(2)There is still a large room for improvement in the efficiency of recreational agricultural land in the sample sites in the six districts.The comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency of Dongxihu Lake ranked first,and the scale efficiency ranked second.It was superior to other regions in terms of management and technology,but there was still room for improvement in the structure of factor input.Jiangxia District ranks the second in comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency,and the third in scale efficiency.The development momentum of leisure agriculture is good,so it is possible to consider increasing investment and scale to obtain more output.Huangpi District has the third comprehensive efficiency,the fourth pure technical efficiency and the first scale efficiency,which has reached a relatively good level in scale and should concentrate on improving the management and technology level.The comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency of Xinzhou District rank fourth,and the pure technical efficiency ranks third,so the allocation of resources should be optimized.Hannan District and Caidian District are at the bottom of the three efficiency,and their leisure agricultural land is in a relatively inefficient state.(3)The higher values of recreational agricultural land efficiency were mainly distributed in the eastern part of Huangpi District,the eastern part of Jiangxia District and the central part of Dongxihu District.The medium points of the three efficiency values were mainly distributed in the north of Huangpi District,the west and northeast of Xinzhou District,the middle of Caidian District and Hannan District and the west of the middle of Jiangxia District;The lower points of the three efficiency values surround the outer sides of the higher and middle points.There are also certain agglomeration and dispersion areas within each region.(4)The land efficiency of leisure agriculture is affected by endogenous driving,natural driving,management driving and policy driving.Occupation experience,business model,construction land proportion,leisure agriculture subsidies,land acquisition satisfaction,education level and distance from urban center have significant effects on the efficiency of leisure agriculture land.Among the endogenous driving factors,occupational experience was negatively correlated with the comprehensive efficiency of leisure agricultural land,while education level was positively correlated.Among the natural driving factors,the distance from the city center has a significant negative effect on the comprehensive efficiency.There is a significant negative correlation between operation mode and comprehensive efficiency,and a significant positive correlation between construction land proportion.Among the policy driving factors,leisure agriculture subsidies and land acquisition satisfaction have significant positive effects on comprehensive efficiency. |
