Study On The Development Efficiency Of Leisure Agriculture In Beijing And Its Influencing Factors

With the development of economy and society in our country,the happiness index of people is gradually rising,and the demand for material life and spiritual and cultural life is further improved.Under the stimulation of market demand,all kinds of new business type came into being,leisure agriculture is one of them.On the other hand,China is now in a critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and is in the critical stage of helping the poor,and the vigorous development of rural areas throughout the country has received special attention from government departments at all levels.Leisure agriculture has become an important direction to promote the development of rural areas,its new way of development has also posed a certain challenge to rural resources,attracting continuous exploration at home and abroad.Because of its own advantages,the development of leisure agriculture in Beijing has formed a certain scale,effectively improving the income of farmers in the suburbs of Beijing.However,the development of leisure agriculture in Beijing has stalled,which is worrying.Analysis of its existing problems,and targeted recommendations,so as to further tap the potential of leisure agriculture itself.Beijing leisure agriculture started early in China,its current situation to some extent reflects the current situation of leisure agriculture in various parts of China,for the analysis of Beijing leisure agriculture in other areas of leisure agriculture management has reference significance.In the field of leisure agriculture,it is necessary to study its development efficiency in order to improve the situation of leisure agriculture.After summing up the literature,it is found that most of the academic research and measurement of development efficiency is carried out with agriculture as the research center,but leisure agriculture as the main research efficiency development is not common.As a special form of agriculture,leisure agriculture has the characteristics of agriculture,tourism and service industry.Obviously,its development is certainly the same with the law of agricultural development.Therefore,this paper intends to classify and summarize the principles of agricultural development efficiency measurement methods,and provide a theoretical basis for the study of the development efficiency of leisure agriculture.First of all,through the collation of the input index and output index of two forms of leisure agriculture in 10 districts of Beijing,the DEA model is used to calculate the comprehensive technical efficiency of each district in 2017,from the comprehensive technical efficiency and scale reward.The relaxation variables are analyzed andcompared in three aspects to illustrate that the comprehensive technical efficiency of each region is affected by pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.The results show that,on the whole,the scale efficiency of Beijing Leisure Agricultural Tourism Park is high,the change of comprehensive technical efficiency is mainly caused by pure technical efficiency,and attention should be paid to the influencing factors of improving the development of pure technical efficiency.Secondly,using the Manquist index method,the comprehensive technical efficiency is divided into three aspects: pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and technological change.The effects of these three aspects on the comprehensive efficiency of each research subject from 2006 to 2017 are analyzed in detail.The results show that,on the whole,among the factors that have an impact on the change of comprehensive technical efficiency in most areas,the index of technological progress is rising,and the scale efficiency basically reaches the optimal state.That is to say,the progress of comprehensive technical efficiency is mainly affected by the change of technical efficiency.After that,Tobit regression model was used to study the external factors affecting the development efficiency of leisure agriculture in Beijing.Combined with the research results of many scholars,six indicators are selected from three aspects: population factors,urbanization process and traffic conditions to establish the Tobit regression equation.The empirical results show that: per capita disposable income,population urbanization level,per capita cultivated land area,road density are consistent with expectations,but the aging of the population and the number of private cars are not in line with expectations.At the end of the chapter,the factors that do not meet the expectations are analyzed and the reasons are found out,and a reasonable explanation is given.Finally,according to the conclusions of the study,the overall analysis is carried out from both static and dynamic directions.This paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the comprehensive development efficiency of leisure agriculture in Beijing from three aspects: first,vigorously develop "Internet + leisure agriculture" and improve the comprehensive technical efficiency from the aspect of improving technical efficiency.Second,optimize the allocation of resources and improve the comprehensive technical efficiency from the aspect of improving scale efficiency.Third,increase the government guidance,support,supervision,from the improvement of external factors to promote the development of leisure agriculture.
