Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Land Circulation In The Background Of The Leisure Agriculture

The development of the leisure agriculture industry is inseparable from the participation of the farmers.First,the farmer is one of the main participants in the leisure agriculture,and can run a lot of leisure agriculture projects independently of the operation and management;secondly,the land circulation behavior of the farmers affects the problem of the supply of the leisure agricultural land.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the land circulation behavior and its influence factors in the background of the development of leisure agriculture.This paper first describes the background,significance,domestic and foreign research results,research methods,research ideas,innovation and shortcomings.Secondly,it introduces the concept definition and theoretical basis related to this paper,including land circulation,leisure agriculture;At the same time,based on the theory of planning behavior,this paper constructs the influencing factor model of Hainan farmers' land circulation behavior,puts forward the research hypothesis,selects the subjective norms,behavior attitude and behavior as antecedent variables,and selects the willingness of land transfer as intermediary variables.The land circulation behavior is selected as the result variable.Finally,the farmers around 15 leisure agricultural development areas in Hainan were investigated by questionnaire.Participants,a total of 551 questionnaires were received and 510 valid questionnaires were obtained,the effective rate was 92.56%.SPSS23.0 was used to analyze the descriptive,reliability,exploratory factors and validity of the questionnaire data,and AMOS23.0 was used to construct the influencing factors model of Hainan farmers'land circulation behavior.According to the empirical results,the corresponding conclusions are summarized,and the policy recommendations and the future research prospects are put forward.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)subjective norms,behavior attitude and behavior control all indirectly affect the land circulation behavior through farmers' willingness to transfer land.The three antecedents have significant positive effects on the willingness of land transfer,and the standardized path coefficients are 0.361,0.249 and 0.323,respectively.The willingness of land transfer has a significant positive effect on land transfer behavior,the standardized road strength coefficient is 0.380,and the behavior control has a significant positive effect on land transfer behavior,and the standardized road strength coefficient is 0.421.From the empirical results,the effect of behavior control on farmers The direct positive influence degree of land transfer behavior is the greatest;(2)Individual differences have a great influence on the difference of land transfer behavior.Farmer households between 25 and 35 years of age are more likely to produce land transfer behavior;The higher the education level,the number of labor force of the family,the annual income of the family,the higher the proportion of the households to participate in the insurance,the higher the probability of land turnover.The innovation of this paper is reflected in the innovation of theoretical selection and application and the selection of influencing factors of land circulation.The shortcomings of this paper are as follows:the transfer and transfer of land have not yet been studied separately,and the research on the economic mechanism elements of the implementation of land transfer behavior by farmers is not deep enough.
