| In 2009,the No.1 document of the Central Government proposed to support the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives and leading enterprises,support the industrialisation of agriculture,encourage the development of agricultural products processing,and allow farmers to enjoy more value-added benefits from processing and distribution.Every year during this period,supporting the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives and leading enterprises,building a perfect mechanism of close interest linkage and promoting farmers’ income has always been the focus of the Central Government’s No.1 document.2023 Central Government No.1 document further pointed out that we should carry out in-depth action to upgrade new agricultural business entities,support family farms to set up farmers’ cooperatives and enterprises according to their development needs,and encourage small farmers to cooperate,and collectively increase income.Based on the background of rural revitalization,this paper studies the interest linkage mechanism between leading enterprises,intermediary organizations and farmers,clarifies the current development status of the interest linkage mechanism and the problems that exist,and discusses how to establish a more scientific and reasonable interest linkage mechanism,which is of great significance in providing some useful ideas and guidance to promote the prosperity of the industry.Based on the development of the grape industry in Binchuan County,this paper uses a variety of methods,including literature and field research,to gain an in-depth understanding of the subjects,types,modes and connotations of the current interest linkage mechanism involved in the grape industry in Binchuan County,using relevant theories such as principal-agent,transaction costs,stakeholders and game theory.The game analysis was also conducted from multiple perspectives of farmers,intermediary organizations and leading enterprises,and the factors influencing the perfect interest linkage mechanism of the grape industry in Binchuan were summarized.The analysis concludes that the current interest linkage mechanism in the development of the grape industry in Binchuan County faces problems such as lack of close cooperation between interest subjects,immature distribution mechanisms,unequal status of interest subjects,inadequate regulation mechanisms,frequent breaches of contract by cooperative subjects,impaired interest restraint mechanisms,insufficient policy guidance and supervision,and inadequate interest guarantee mechanisms,etc.By studying and drawing on the experience of typical cooperative cases,the paper concludes This paper concludes that the shareholding and co-operative interest linkage mechanisms are very effective in increasing farmers’ income.This paper concludes that shareholding and cooperative interest linkage mechanisms are the future direction of interest linkage mechanisms,and that other types of interest linkage mechanisms should be used to complement them.At the same time,suggestions were made to cultivate new types of farmers,improve the pattern of interest distribution,regulate the behaviour of cooperative subjects,improve the channels of interest regulation,increase the performance capacity of each subject,enhance the strength of interest constraints,optimise policy guidance,and improve the interest linkage guarantee mechanism,in the hope of establishing a scientific and tightly knit interest linkage mechanism that would allow farmers to enjoy the value-added income brought about by the further development of the industry,and promote the grape industry in Binchuan County It is hoped that the establishment of a scientific and close interest linkage mechanism will allow farmers to enjoy the value-added income brought by the further development of the industry and promote the healthy and steady development of the grape industry in Binchuan County,helping to revitalise the countryside and achieve common prosperity. |
