Study On The Interest Connection Between Leading Enterprises Of Agricultural Industrialization And Farmers In Shuyang County

Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy,and agricultural industrialization is an important measure to promote the development of rural economy.In order to transform rural traditional agriculture into modern agricultural industrialization,we need not only the strong support of the government,but also the joint participation of all forces in society,especially the driving of agricultural leading enterprises.Because leading enterprises have the advantages of technology,capital and talents,we should encourage and guide leading enterprises to cooperate with farmers and establish the interest connection of agricultural enterprises,which is very important to promote the industrialized operation of modern agriculture,It is of great significance to realize the rapid growth of rural economy and increase farmers’ income.This paper takes the interest connection between leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization and farmers in Shuyang County as the research object,and takes the relevant research results of stakeholder theory,principal-agent theory,transaction cost theory and game theory as the theoretical basis.Using the methods of questionnaire and quantitative analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of the interest connection between leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization and farmers in Shuyang County,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.Firstly,the current situation of interest connection between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers in Shuyang County is introduced,and the current situation of agricultural development and agricultural leading enterprises in Shuyang County are introduced.This paper expounds the organization mode and connection mode of interest connection between leading enterprises and farmers,which lays a foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,the interest connection satisfaction survey of agricultural leading enterprises and farmers in Shuyang County takes the interest connection satisfaction survey of agricultural leading enterprises and farmers in Shuyang County as the starting point,defines the leading enterprises and farmers as the survey object,and designs the questionnaire of enterprises and farmers respectively.Among them,there are 100 questionnaires for enterprises and 260 questionnaires for farmers.The survey contents include basic information of enterprises,basic information of farmers,relevant contents of interest connection,satisfaction of interest connection,etc.The chi square test is used to analyze the satisfaction of the interest connection between enterprises and farmers,and to analyze the significance of the cooperation mode,establishment time,registered capital,leading enterprise level,enterprise classification,organization mode and satisfaction of enterprises;Analyze the significance of farmers’ education,age,per capita income and satisfaction.Through the analysis,we find out which attributes have an impact on the interest connection between enterprises and farmers,so as to provide data support for further improving the interest connection.Thirdly,the problems and causes of the interest connection between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers in Shuyang County are analyzed.After analyzing the survey data of enterprises and farmers,it is found that the interest connection between agricultural enterprises in Shuyang County has limited driving effect on farmers,the operation and management of cooperative organizations need to be further improved,the comprehensive quality of farmers is low,and they do not know enough about the agricultural product market The legal consciousness needs to be further strengthened in the interest connection between agricultural enterprises.The reasons for the problems mainly include government reasons,market reasons,enterprise reasons and farmers’ own reasons.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the interest connection between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers in Shuyang County,this paper puts forward to improve the radiation driving ability of agricultural leading enterprises,continuously optimize the operation and management of cooperative organizations,improve farmers’ cultural quality and strengthen training,and give full play to the role of law in the interest connection between agricultural enterprises.Through the research on the interest connection between agricultural industrialization leading enterprises and farmers in Shuyang County,we hope to further enrich the interest connection between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers in Shuyang County,and also provide reference basis for the interest connection between agricultural industrialization leading enterprises and farmers in other counties.
