Research On The Linking Mechanism Of Interests Between Leading Enterprises And Farm Households From The Perspective Of Rural Industry Integration

Since the State Council issued No.93 document in 2015,"promoting the development of the integration of rural industries in one,two,and three industries"(herein referred to as "rural industrial integration"),a new round of industrial technology revolution,represented by information technology,is profoundly affecting modern times.With the development of agriculture,the rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries have shown a trend of integrated development.In this context,the formation of a reasonable mechanism of interest linkage is the core of rural industrial integration and development.Leading enterprises and farmers play an important role in the process of rural industrial integration,and playing the leading effect of leading enterprises is the key factor to promote rural industrial integration.We study the interest linkage mechanism of leading enterprises and farmers under the background of rural industrial integration,aiming to clarify the current development status and problems of the interest linkage mechanism,and discuss how to establish a closer agricultural enterprise relationship and how to promote the interest linkage mechanism Industrial integration provides some useful ideas and guidance.This article uses various methods,such as literature analysis,case comparison,and field research,to study issues related to the mechanism of interest linkage.Starting from the theoretical analysis of rural industrial integration and benefit linkage mechanism,combing relevant literature and concepts,using transaction cost,industrial integration and game theory and other related theories,analyze the types and models of current interest linkage mechanism,and summarize the influencing factors of interest linkage mechanism And incentives;game evolution analysis from the perspectives of farmers,intermediary organizations,and leading companies,and suggestions for reducing the occurrence of defaults;through field research on the “high-quality food” project in Jilin Province,pointing out that the share-based interest linkage mechanism is the future direction of development.The full text points out that the development of the benefit connection mechanism will inevitably rely on modern enterprises,with shareholding as the main development direction,and other benefit connection mechanisms as supplements.The construction of the interest linkage mechanism is the result of the joint role of leading enterprises and farmers.Intermediary organizations and governments should play an important role in the interest linkage mechanism,and promote the stability of the interest linkage mechanism by strengthening supervision and increasing the penalty for breach of contract.The modern property rights system has opened up channels for leading enterprises and farmers to form a community of interests.Only when farmers become shareholders of the enterprise can they participate and share the profits of rural industrial integration.In order to promote the improvement of the interest linkage mechanism and build a share-based interest linkage mechanism with the main development direction,the current interest linkage mechanism is faced with problems such as incompleteness,non-standardization,inadequate protection of related rights and interests,lagging information,and insufficient promotion of industrial integration We put forward seven countermeasures and suggestions.One is to increase supervision,the second is to strictly regulate contract contracts,the third is to establish a relationship credit system,the fourth is tostrengthen information construction,the fifth is to vigorously develop new types of business entities,the sixth is to improve the socialized service system,and the seventh is to attach importance to environmental protection.
