A reasonable interest linkage mechanism is an important guarantee for agricultural enterprises and farmers to create more common interests through cooperation,promote industrial integration and development,promote win-win cooperation between agricultural enterprises and farmers,and promote rural development.Tianshui’s land resources and climate resources have inherent advantages for the development of the apple industry.On the basis of local planting,it is the focus of Tianshui’s agricultural development to develop a modern agricultural model featuring Tianshui Huaniu apples as agricultural products.Under the "company + base + farmer" development model,the ways in which the interests of agricultural enterprises and farmers are connected are becoming more and more diverse,which has greatly promoted the industrialization of Tianshui Huaniu Apple.There are many problems,which hinder the industrial development of smallpox cattle apples.On the basis of literature review,combined with methods such as field investigation,the paper elaborates the purpose,significance and content of the research project,defines the concepts of agricultural industrialization,interest linkage mechanism and agricultural enterprises,and discusses the theory of stakeholders,the theory of community of interests and the theory of incomplete contract are sorted out to provide a theoretical basis for the research and analysis of this paper.This paper selects Tianshui Huaniu Apple Company as the research object,analyzes the development of Tianshui’s agricultural industrialization,and conducts an analysis of the company’s "company + base + farmer" model’s interest connection mechanism,interest distribution mechanism,interest adjustment mechanism,and incentive and restraint mechanism.Research.Through the analysis,the problems existing in the mechanism of linking the interests of agricultural enterprises and farmers and the causes of the problems are summarized,and on this basis,optimization countermeasures are proposed.Finally,all the research work of the paper is summarized,and the shortcomings and countermeasures of the research are put forward.outlook on the subject.The research shows that: to improve the benefit linkage system between agricultural enterprises and farmers,we should promote the development of agricultural industrialization and optimize the development environment of benefit linkage mechanism.Enhance the role of the main body,improve the interest linkage system;Improve relevant policies and regulations to protect the interests of all parties.
