Research On The Interest Linkage Mechanism And Willingness Of Cooperation Between Leading Enterprises And Farmers In Honghu City

The mechanism of interest linkage between leading enterprises and farmers is the key to guarantee the interests of enterprises and farmers in the process of agricultural industrialization.It is of great significance for the development of agricultural industrialization in Honghu to study the mechanism of benefit connection between leading enterprises and farmers in Honghu.Firstly,this paper investigates the current situation of the interest linkage between leading enterprises and farmers in Honghu City,analyzes the main bodies of the interest linkage mechanism,studies their behavior characteristics and analyzes the relationship between the interests of the major enterprises and farmers in Honghu City.Then it analyzes the main organization mode and mechanism type of the leading enterprises' interest linkage mechanism in Honghu City,and the investigation shows that the current situation in Honghu City is the main organization mode and mechanism type.The leading enterprises are mainly composed of four organizational modes: "company farmer","company base farmer","company cooperative base farmer","company intermediary organization farmer" and so on.The current mechanism of interest linkage is "buyout","cooperative" and "entrepreneurial".Secondly,due to the variety of factors affecting the choice of farmers' willingness to cooperate,it is impossible to form a long-term and stable benefit linkage,which is not conducive to improving the economic and social benefits of the leading enterprises.Therefore,according to the survey data of farmers' willingness to cooperate in Honghu City,this paper selects the age,education level,breeding scale,risk-bearing capacity of farmers,and the city.Seven factors,such as field price fluctuation,technical guidance and settlement method,are used to predict and test the saliency of the influence by using the logical regression method.But according to the actual situation and analysis of the interest linkage and cooperation will between leading enterprises and farmers in Honghu City at present,the benefit linkage between leading enterprises and farmers and the cooperation will of farmers in Honghu City are not perfect enough at present.There are still many aspects of problems,mainly exist farmers breach of contract behavior,information,status asymmetry;The peasant organization degree is not high;the benefit distribution mechanism is not perfect,the compactness is insufficient and so on.Finally,based on the empirical analysis of the factors affecting farmers' willingness to cooperate,Considering the significant influencing factors in regression analysis,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: strengthening contract and system restriction,strengthening agricultural service organization construction,strengthening farmer's organization degree,aiming at the problems existing in the mechanism of interest connection in Honghu City at present,and put forward the following suggestions: strengthening contract and system restriction;We will improve the mechanism for the distribution and protection of interests,and strengthen the construction of a community of interests.It is hoped that it can provide some reference for the mechanism of benefit linkage and the stability of farmers' willingness to cooperate in Honghu City.
