Study On The Influencing Factors Of Peasant Land Transfer Behavior In Yuanmou County

Land is one of the indispensable main elements in agricultural production activities,and it is the fundamental of farmers’ survival and the stabilizer of development.Since the introduction of the land transfer policy,land transfer has developed rapidly in the country and has become an important magic weapon for regional development and increasing people’s income.At present,our country is in the key period of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture transformation and upgrading,but the land distribution and land management scale,and many other defects is still restricting the agricultural productivity,agricultural transformation and the key factors of increasing farmers’ income,to achieve agricultural moderate scale management,the most effective means is to speed up the rural land circulation.In addition,since the land policy of "extending the second round of land contract for 30 years after the expiration",the demand for developing "various forms of moderate scale operation" by promoting land circulation has become increasingly strong,and moderate scale land management has become the core topic of the development and research of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the new era.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the problem of rural land circulation to promote the scientific and effective use of rural land,the scale development of industry and the increase of farmers’ income.This paper first summarizes and sorts out the natural and social and economic conditions of Yuanmou County,and analyzes the current situation of land circulation and the characteristics of land circulation in Yuanmou County according to the questionnaire.Then on the basis of related literature and interviews,based on the model of land circulation will research,combined with yuanmou farmers land circulation will of the survey,selected the farmers’ subjective cognition,environmental perception,emotional belief,satisfaction and farmers circulation will five indicators,build the farmers land circulation behavior theory model.Through the questionnaire survey of the willingness of farmers on land transfer in Yuanmou County,246 valid questionnaires were collected.Based on the content of the questionnaire,the cognition level,trust degree and willingness of farmers on land transfer were analyzed.Secondly,from the perspective of demographic variables,gender,age and family labor force affect the land transfer intention in Yuanmou County,but not significant;while education level and family income have significant influence on the land transfer willingness in Yuanmou County.Using the structure equation model analysis results for subjective cognition,environmental perception,emotional beliefs have a positive effect on farmers satisfaction,and farmers satisfaction has a positive effect on the circulation of farmers,and farmers emotional belief and environment perception to flow will have positive influence,and have direct and indirect influence,so the hypothesis are established in this paper.Finally,according to the analysis results,the farmers and family characteristics in Yuanmou County have an influence on the land transfer willingness,and the problems,including improving the farmers’ cultural literacy and management ability,strengthening the policy publicity,actively guiding the land circulation supervision system,enhancing the sense of security and increasing the policy support and enhancing the confidence of farmers.
