Central and local related documents have been issued one after another, and family farms across the country have flourished in recent years. However,China’s basic land system determines that land-receiving farms are a distinguishing feature of our family farms from foreign family farms.By the end of 2017,the agricultural sector had identified877,000 family farms, with an area of 69.11 million mu of cultivated land,of which 48.7 million mu of cultivated land was transferred, accounting for 73.93%.At the same time, the land transfer period in most parts of China is distributed in the interval of 5-10 years, and the longest is no more than 30 years, and the shortest is less than 3 years. The short period of farmland circulation and the non-standard contracting not only increase the instability of the lease relationship between the two parties, but also are not conducive to the long-term investment and scale operation of the renter. Therefore, whether land transfer has long-term stability has become a key factor affecting the sustainable development of family farms in China.Based on this background,it is necessary to discuss the issue of family farm land transfer renewal.Based on theoretical analysis and field research data, this paper systematically analyzes the status quo and main problems of family farm land transfer in China.According to the circulation relationship between family farms and farmers, from the perspective of farmers, based on the theory of planned behavior, theoretically construct a theoretical analysis framework for the willingness of farmers to transfer land to family farms, from the behavioral attitudes of farmers, subjective norms, and perceptual behavioral norms.Three aspects are analyzed to analyze the formation mechanism and influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to renew their land to family farms. At the same time, the structural equation model is used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to renew their land to family farms. The results show that: 1)Behavioral attitude is the main influencing factor in the model of renewal intention of farmers to transfer land to family farms, subjective norms and perceptual behavior control are also important influencing factors;2)in terms of farmers’ behavioral attitudes, when farmers are on land The more confident the expected income is,or the more satisfied the farmer is with the land transfer behavior on the family farm, the more the behavioral attitude constructed on this basis can promote the formation of farmers’ willingness to renew the contract;3)In terms of subjective norms,Farmers perceive the stronger support from the surrounding people, especially relatives,to the renewal of the farmer’s contract. The subjective norms constructed on this basis can promote the formation of farmers’ willingness to renew the contract;4)In the control of perceived behavior, the farmers The perception of farmer endowment and environmental endowment will affect the formation of farmers’ willingness to renew their land, and the nature of the work of the farmer and the last round of circulation will have the greatest impact. Therefore, relevant policy recommendations for increasing the willingness of farmers to renew their land to family farms are proposed.
