Study On Farmers’ Willingness To Transfer Land And Its Influencing Factors In Zibo City

In recent years,with the rapid development of modern agriculture,intensive and efficient land use has become an important prerequisite for the development of modern agriculture.In order to improve the rural land use,many beneficial explorations have been carried out,but there are significant regional differences in the development process,and the rural land circulation problem cannot be carried out normally,which has attracted extensive attention from all walks of life.Zibo City is located in the middle of Shandong Province.A large number of rural surplus labor force go out to work.In the vast rural areas of Zibo City,some mountainous and hilly lands are abandoned.This is not only a waste of land resources,but also a stumbling block to the socio-economic development of Zibo City and even Shandong Province.Therefore,an in-depth study of the current situation of rural land transfer in Zibo City and its influencing factors is conducive to promoting the orderly land transfer in Zibo City,laying a foundation for the development of modern agriculture in the city,and can also provide reference for land transfer in other regions.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,investigation research and quantitative research to carry out in-depth analysis on the influencing factors of land transfer in Zibo City.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)From the perspective of the characteristics of farmers’ land transfer willingness in Zibo City,the transfer willingness is closely related to farmers’ age,farmers’ cultural level has a positive impact on the transfer willingness,and agricultural income has a negative impact on the transfer willingness.(2)The rural land transfer in Zibo City has some problems,such as poor organization of land transfer,single land transfer mode,unstable agricultural income of farmers restricting land transfer,lack of standard for land transfer price,short land transfer period,large flexibility,and weak willingness of young people to engage in agricultural production.(3)Zibo can take measures to improve the social security system for landless farmers,establish the price supervision and service system for rural land transfer,and do a good job in the transfer of rural surplus labor force,so as to enhance farmers’ willingness to transfer land and promote land transfer.The research results of this paper can not only promote the orderly flow of rural land in Zibo City,but also provide land support for the development of modern agriculture in Zibo City,and also provide reference for land transfer in other regions.
