Research On Rural Land Transfer Behavior And Its Influencing Factors In Xinjiang,Changji

During the 12 th five-year plan period,the development of agricultural production in China has achieved remarkable results.Farmers' incomes are growing fast and the income gap between urban and rural residents has narrowed.The overall agricultural productivity increased steadily.But with the development of our economy,the environment of agricultural production has changed greatly.Chinese agricultural development has many advantages,while there are still problems that need to be solved.The path of agricultural development is far-reaching.Land element,as a basic element in agricultural production,plays an important role in agricultural production.As an important part of agricultural production,farmers' production behavior will affect their land transfer behavior to a great extent.Thus it will affect the scale and modernization of agricultural production in China.This paper starts with the change of land in Changji Prefecture.Through the field investigation of Hutubi county and Qitai county in Changji prefecture,Xinjiang,the general descriptive statistics method is used to analyze the current situation and behavior of rural land transfer in Xinjiang and Changji.At the same time,the regression model is used to select the basic characteristic variables of farmers,the agricultural land use variables and the production and social services of farmers,affecting the related variables of farmers' land circulation behavior.Deep analysis what the main factors affect farmers to carry out land transfer.According to the results of the study,the number of household labor and the economic status of farmers are the main factors that affect farmers' land circulation.The price of the land transfer,the object of circulation and the related trading platform are the main obstacles to prevent the farmers from carrying out the land circulation in the process of land transfer.Farmers' gender variables,cultural variables,and whether they understand the relevant legal knowledge variables of land transfer and farmers' scale of business willingness are the significant factors that affect the land transfer behavior of farmers.Other related variables had no significant influence on them.Finally,based on the actual situation of changjizhou in xinjiang and the corresponding results of the model,it is pointed out that Changji is in the process of realizing large-scale land management at this stage.It also stressed that should strengthen the land circulation related policy propaganda dynamics,simultaneously carries out each kind of form each kind of skill training.Thus,to a certain extent,it can change the farmers' ideas and enhance their comprehensive quality.And then,it can further explore the existing land policies and the corresponding circulation platform.Basically,it ought to regulate the circulation behavior of farmers and truly ensure the legitimate rights and interests of farmers,and further promote the healthy and sustainable development of land transfer.
