With the advancement and development of economic globalization and globalization of knowledge and technology,having advanced technology,mastering the latest knowledge resources,and promoting corporate innovation are important factors for contemporary enterprises to improve market competitiveness and gain high-quality development.In what method enterprises to develop new technologies and new products,and how enterprises to improve corporate innovation are the hotspots and difficulties of contemporary scholars.At present,more scholars have explored the relationship between R&D model and corporate innovation from different angles,and most of them use the single-dimensional angle of innovation performance to measure corporate innovation.Although corporate innovation performance is the most direct manifestation of innovation results,corporate innovation essence is essentially the essence of enterprise innovation.It is a process of dynamic changes,so the measurement of corporate innovation should also start from a dynamic multi-dimensional perspective.Combined with the dynamic learning management content of the organization,it is found that the role of corporate knowledge management in corporate management is becoming more and more important.It is gradually comparing with the human’s manpower,capital,technology,etc.,and may even become the primary production element of enterprises.In addition,the organization’s knowledge learning and knowledge management also played a key role in the development and innovation process of enterprises.Reasonable application of knowledge resources is conducive to accelerating the development process and innovation process of enterprises.Therefore,continuing to study the relationship between different R&D models,dynamic innovation processes,and organizational knowledge learning of enterprises can provide a certain research idea and solution for the solution of the current difficult problems.Based on this,from the perspective of organizational learning theory,this paper obtains the balance panel data of 124 listed companies in the high-tech industry from 2009 to 2017,and uses STATA15.1 and other software to analyze the data accordingly and draw relevant conclusions.Firstly,the influence mechanism of different R&D models on different dimensions of enterprise innovation is studied,and the research conclusion shows that the independent R&D mode and the cooperative R&D mode both positively affect the innovation speed,innovation rhythm and innovation quality of enterprises,that is,the improvement of independent R&D or cooperative R&D by enterprises is conducive to accelerating the innovation speed,stable innovation rhythm and improving innovation quality.Through further comparison,it is found that different R&D models have the strongest impact on the pace of innovation and the weakest impact on the speed of innovation,which is also consistent with the current development strategy of "steady progress and high-quality development".Secondly,combined with the important position of knowledge memory in enterprise innovation in organizational learning theory,the role of organizational knowledge memory in the relationship between enterprise R&D mode and enterprise innovation is further discussed,and it is found that the knowledge memory ability of enterprises plays a positive regulating role in the impact of independent R&D,cooperative R&D and the speed,rhythm and quality of enterprise innovation.Finally,according to the research conclusions,practical enlightenment and future improvement directions are proposed,which enriches the research content of organizational learning theory and enterprise innovation,and provides a certain reference basis for the selection of R&D mode of high-tech enterprises and how to effectively improve enterprise innovation. |
