In the period of knowledge economy,the chief role of material resource is being substituted by knowledge.As an indispensable resource ,knowledge can firmly produce value.The problem that how to apply knowledge and change it into core competence by proper methods and measures is been a common topic among entrepreneurs,managers and scholars .Each company and organization should take receiving,creating and using knowledge into deep account,get the value created by knowledge in order to face the increasingly drastic competition and challenge in this period.In application region,knowledge innovation and knowledge transfer can be represented as technology innovation and organizational learning. But the current research of technology innovation and organizational learning mainly depend on the mechanism and methodology and exist discrepancy between each other . The different theory used can lead to a opposite result.This thesis summarizes the current main theories in organizational learning,then give out the knowledge innovation model and knowledge transfer model based on new classification standard and try to describe the relationship between technology innovation and organizational learning by integrating qualitative research with quantitative analysis in order to make a objective result.First,this thesis simply introduces the beginning of"organizational learning"and"learning organization",analyzes its meanings and characters and describe"organizational learning". And then the representative organizational learning models under different aspects are summarized in the chapter 2.After summarizing the current organizational learning theories,this thesis cites the research of knowledge transformation and knowledge transfer model by differential dynamic method and lay a foundation for the quantitative research in the latter chapters.In chapter 4 and chapter 5,author analyzes the contestable concepts existing in organizational learning,then put forward the knowledge innovation model"SVEI Model"and knowledge transfer model"FC-SVEI"based on the new knowledge classification standard which is developed from the dichotomy of knowledge.Under the FC-SVEI model, author gives out a process describing the knowledge flowing between different departments and get important conclusions from calculating.In the last two chapters,author analyzes the ingredients effecting on the efficiency of technology innovation and knowledge transfer,and then give out corresponding evaluation rules and improvement methods.
