Central Committee.We deliberated and adopted the Opinions on Strengthening Personnel Training in Basic Disciplines,the Guidelines on Promoting the Development of Original Technology Sources by State-Owned Enterprises,and the Guidelines on Accelerating the Development of World-class Enterprises,with the cultivation of original technology and personnel as top priorities.Talent training and the implementation of original technology in enterprises drive the construction of world-class enterprises as the direction of national economic construction and the development of central enterprises.This further demonstrates the importance of original technology and the combination of original technology and enterprises to promote economic development.In the process of industrialization,collaborative innovation of large-scale projects has become a necessary way.Therefore,how to improve the collaborative innovation effect of large-scale projects is the focus of managers in theory and practice.In the process of industrialization of innovative research results,"valley of death" is what every project and every enterprise does not want to experience.In addition to technology matching,there are also some reasons in management,including the failure of team integration and the worry of knowledge integration and re-innovation.In order to find the broken in the process of innovation achievement industrialization road,based on a large project collaborative innovation effect as the research object,select(project owner)SH chemical co.,LTD.Party a and party b(by)SH engineering technology co.,LTD.Of the five large project as the research object,firstly analyzes the relevant theoretical basis,combed the domestic and foreign research literature review,This paper analyzes the mechanism of collaborative innovation effect of large-scale projects,clarifies the relationship between collaborative innovation effect of large-scale projects and various research variables,and constructs the mechanism framework of collaborative innovation effect of this large-scale project.Secondly,questionnaire survey was conducted on five large-scale projects studied in this paper to collect relevant data and information,and cronbach coefficient was used to test the reliability and validity of the collected data.Thirdly,the structural equation model is constructed to conduct data fitting analysis and analyze the relationship between variables to verify the influence of organizational shared mental model and knowledge exchange memory system on the collaborative innovation effect of large-scale projects.The mediating effect model is constructed to verify the mediating effect of knowledge management boundary.The competition model is constructed to verify the stability between intermediary variables.Finally,the conclusions and suggestions are drawn.The research results of this paper contribute to enrich the theory,provide reference value for similar enterprises and the same industry to promote the success of large-scale projects and improve the collaborative innovation effect of large-scale projects,and have practical significance for promoting the development of enterprises led by innovation and promoting the economic and social progress led by technology.The research of this paper includes the following aspects.According to the theoretical management boundary can help collaborative innovation teams of large projects break "small organization",build "large team",weaken knowledge flow barrier,promote organization shared mental model and knowledge interactive memory system to play a full role,so as to present better effect of collaborative innovation of large projects.Explicit knowledge is the foundation for the formation of large project teams and the smooth operation of large project teams.Tacit knowledge is not only the foundation of explicit knowledge,but also an important source of knowledge for the competitive advantage of large project teams.Therefore,organizational shared mental model,knowledge interactive memory system and knowledge management boundary,like "three legs of a tripod",support human initiative in the process of collaborative innovation construction of large-scale projects and seek the best effect of construction.In order to verify the theoretical hypothesis proposed in this paper,four scales were revised and designed,and the original data were collected through questionnaires.To examine the internal consistency reliability,structure validity,validity validity and discriminative validity of the Organizational Shared Mental Model Scale,the Knowledge Management Boundary Scale and the Collaborative innovation Effect scale of large projects.The revised organization shared mental model,knowledge interactive memory system,knowledge management boundaries and collaborative innovation effect scale of large-scale projects have high reliability and validity.Through theoretical model construction and dimension design,measurement project index generation,formal questionnaire,and then based on theoretical analysis,research hypothesis is proposed.Through the empirical test of organizational sharing mental model on collaborative innovation effect of large-scale projects,it shows that: Organizational shared mental model has a positive impact on collaborative innovation effect of large-scale projects,that is,project-related organizational shared mental model can effectively promote knowledge transfer;The shared mental model of team-related organization can make large-scale projects succeed and thus improve the collaborative innovation effect of large-scale projects.The empirical test of the collaborative innovation effect of large-scale projects shows that the knowledge interactive memory system has a positive impact on the collaborative innovation effect of large-scale projects,that is,the professional knowledge and credibility of the knowledge interactive memory system can effectively promote the knowledge transfer effect of large-scale project teams.The coordination of knowledge transactive memory system can promote the success of large-scale projects and effectively improve the collaborative innovation effect of large-scale projects.Knowledge management boundary mediates the effect of organizational shared mental model on collaborative innovation of large-scale projects,while grammatical boundary completely mediates the effect of team-related organizational shared mental model on knowledge transfer.Semantic boundaries play a fully mediating role in large project success in the team-related shared mental model of the organization.Pragmatic boundaries play a fully mediating role in organizing shared mental models for large-scale project success.Knowledge management boundary plays a completely mediating role in the influence of knowledge interactive memory system on collaborative innovation effect of large-scale projects,and grammatical boundary plays a completely mediating role in the influence of expertise of knowledge interactive memory system on knowledge transfer.Grammatical boundaries play a complete mediating role between credibility and knowledge transfer.Semantic boundaries play a complete mediating role in coordination and large-scale project success.Pragmatic boundaries play a completely mediating role in coordination and large-scale project success.Therefore,in the existing theoretical and empirical studies,the related factors of organizational shared mental model,knowledge interactive memory system and knowledge management boundary are not used to study the collaborative innovation effect of large-scale projects.This study makes up for this defect.This paper discusses the effects of organizational shared mental model,knowledge interactive memory system and knowledge management boundary on the effect of large-scale collaborative innovation from different perspectives,which plays an important role in improving the effect of large-scale collaborative innovation.Based on team cognition theory,knowledge transactive memory system theory,knowledge management boundary and collaborative innovation theory,this paper analyzes the mechanism and relationship of collaborative innovation effect of large-scale projects,constructs a research framework model based on theory and literature research,and revises four scales.Through empirical analysis,this paper reveals the influence of organizational shared mental model on collaborative innovation effect of large projects,and the influence of knowledge transactive memory system on collaborative innovation effect of large projects.This paper reveals the mediating role of knowledge management boundary in the influence of
