The rural revitalization strategy is the development requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,and it is also the source of power to promote agricultural and rural development.Transportation infrastructure is the basic industry of the national economy,which plays an important role in the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.Studying the mechanism of transportation infrastructure on rural revitalization is not only a problem that needs to be considered in the current transportation infrastructure construction,but also a problem that the government must consider in optimizing resource allocation and promoting agricultural and rural development.It has important theoretical and practical significance for China to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and promote the strategy of rural revitalization in an all-round way.Under the above background,this paper takes Qinba Mountain Area as the research object,takes 75 poverty alleviation counties in this area as the basic research unit,and takes2016-2020 as the research period.Firstly,the transport superiority degree model is constructed,and the box plot,kernel density estimation method,radar map analysis method and Arc GIS spatial analysis method are used to explore the spatial and temporal evolution of traffic dominance from a multi-scale perspective.Secondly,based on the connotation and requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,the index system is constructed to measure the level of rural revitalization and development,and the Gini coefficient method and spatial autocorrelation analysis method are used to reveal its spatial balance and agglomeration characteristics.Finally,considering the spatial-temporal heterogeneity,the geographically and temporally weighted regression model is constructed to explore the influence mechanism of transportation infrastructure on rural revitalization.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The transport network density is between 0.011 and 0.745 km/km~2,showing a continuous upward trend,showing a multi-core distribution pattern in space,and the phenomenon of spatial imbalance and regional polarization is prominent;(2)The influence degree of transport trunk lines is 0.0-7.0,which shows a low equilibrium state,and there is a phenomenon of polarized unbalanced development,and the“corridor effect”of high-speed traffic is significant;(3)The transport location advantage degree is between 3.8888-8.3926 h,showing the core edge structure of“high in the middle and low around”.The phenomenon of circle distribution is obvious.The transport location advantage degree of the central area is far ahead,and the transport location advantage degree of the east,west and south wings of the area is poor;(4)The transport superiority degree is between 0.2868 and 0.8878,showing a trend of first expansion and then contraction.It shows a spatial differentiation pattern of“high in the middle and low in the east,west and south wings”,which gradually tends to be balanced from the initial scattered distribution;(5)The rural revitalization index is between 0.1285and 0.5234,showing a trend of rising first and then falling.There is a significant spatial agglomeration effect in the level of rural revitalization,and the spatial imbalance is gradually increasing,and the degree of matching with transportation infrastructure has declined;(6)The regression coefficients of each influencing factor have large spatial and temporal differences,and there is a critical value for the degree of influence.The spatial and temporal heterogeneity shows that the internal differences in poverty-stricken areas cannot be ignored.This paper explores the influence mechanism of transportation infrastructure on rural revitalization from the perspective of time and space,enriches the existing research,and also provides reference and guidance for the construction of transportation infrastructure and rural revitalization in Qinba Mountain Area and other poverty alleviation areas. |
