The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Link Between Precision Poverty Alleviation And Rural Revitalization

Targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategies are regarded as China’s rural development strategies,which take rural areas as the main position,poverty alleviation work as the action guide,and the government as the leading position,aiming at improving farmers’ subjective consciousness and developing capacity building in industry,education,ecology,infrastructure and other aspects,building a development pattern in which the government,the main body of the masses,and all sectors of society actively participate,and finally achieving common prosperity.In 2020,China achieved a comprehensive victory in the poverty alleviation and the production and living standards of rural areas,and the production and living standards of rural areas and farmers also improved.At the same time,China’s rural area and population were still very large,which made the task of economic development very arduous.The successful implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,as a very long-term work,is crucial to the long-term,stable and rapid development of the countryside,the nation and the country.Therefore,in practical work,rural revitalization and targeted poverty alleviation should complement each other to achieve a good connection.In this study,on the basis of elaborating the concepts and theories of targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,the methods of collecting documents,issuing questionnaires,and conducting surveys and visits were adopted,the official website of Weihai Municipal Bureau of Statistics,the official website of Wendeng District People’s Government of Weihai City,the Wendeng Statistical Yearbook,and the China Statistical Yearbook were used,the current situation,effectiveness and existing problems of targeted poverty alleviation in Wendeng District,Weihai City were studied,and the current situation,effectiveness and existing problems of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Wendeng District,Weihai City were discussed.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey,the problems existing in the connection between targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Wendeng District,Weihai City were analyzed,and the existing problems in the connection between targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Wendeng District,Weihai City were summarized,including the low awareness of "overall planning" of cadres and villagers,the low strength of "support" of assistance funds,the mismatched nodes of "connection" of industrial projects,the imperfect system "continues" cooperates,and the single form of early warning "monitoring" for returning to poverty.In response to these problems,from the perspective of how Wendeng District of Weihai City can do a good job in the connection between targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,the suggestions were put forward,including improving the self-development ability of the poverty-stricken population,strengthening the connection of talent reserves,enhancing the policy support and economic investment to prevent poverty return,improving the connection of policy mechanisms,continuing to increase the strength of industrial assistance,promoting the connection of industrial development,establishing a long-term assistance mechanism,fully achieving the linkage of the assistance system,establishing and improving the early warning mechanism for returning to poverty,and promoting the linkage of the system and mechanism,and finally taking practical measures to help the national rural revitalization strategy to achieve the leap of rural economy and society.
