| Strengthening the construction of transportation infrastructure is an important measure to improve the location conditions of poor areas and increase regional accessibility.It has become an important practical experience in poverty-stricken areas to help fight poverty.The effect of transportation poverty alleviation in the stage of precise poverty alleviation has an important reference value for transportation construction in the stage of rural revitalization.It is very important to objectively analyze the impact of transportation infrastructure on poverty alleviation in poor areas and explore ways to alleviate poverty in counties that can achieve harmonious development of resources and economy.It allows the transportation infrastructure in poor areas to continue to be effective.It is significant to guide the areas out of poverty to continuously consolidate the results of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization and promote sustainable development of transportation.Based on this,the issue of poverty alleviation development around county transportation.To measure the efficiency of transportation in poverty alleviation,analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics and explore the influencing factors in 56 counties in the border mountainous areas of western Yunnan as the research object.And based on this,we propose targeted countermeasures to improve the efficiency of transportation poverty alleviation.First,in order to scientifically evaluate the effect of transportation on poverty alleviation in contiguous special hardship areas.Based on a systematic review and sorting out of related theories,the concept of transportation efficiency for poverty alleviation is defined.Then,constructing an input-output index system of transportation efficiency for poverty alleviation.The DEA model and Malmquist index model are used to measure the efficiency of transportation poverty alleviation in poor counties in the border mountainous areas of western Yunnan from 2016-2019 from both static and IV dynamic perspectives.Finding that the efficiency of transportation in poverty alleviation in the mountainous counties along the western Yunnan border shows a gradual growth.The efficiency of transportation in poverty alleviation still has more room for improvement in the stage of rural revitalization.And from the static and dynamic perspectives of the efficiency level of transportation poverty alleviation,the 56 counties are classified into potential,developmental,mature and consolidation types.Then,in order to reveal the spatial and temporal evolutionary characteristics of the efficiency of transport poverty alleviation in the border mountainous areas of western Yunnan.And exploring the variability of the efficiency of transport poverty alleviation in the county.Standard deviation ellipses,trend surface analysis,natural discontinuity grading methods,and Markov matrix transfers are used.The purpose is to portray the temporal evolution pattern and identify the spatial characteristics of county transportation efficiency in poverty alleviation from two dimensions: time and space.The results indicate that the overall pattern of transportation poverty alleviation efficiency is distributed in a northwest-southeast spatial pattern.The tendency of distribution and clustering of transportation poverty alleviation efficiency is strengthened.Significant differences exist in the spatial trends and spatially divergent characteristics of the combined efficiency,pure technical efficiency,and scale efficiency of transportation poverty alleviation.The "club convergence" phenomenon and the "Matthew effect" exist in the efficiency of transport poverty alleviation in the Western Yunnan border area.Finally,to construct an index system of factors influencing the efficiency of transportation in poverty alleviation.The overall efficiency of transportation poverty alleviation,the pure technical efficiency of transportation poverty alleviation and the scale efficiency of transportation poverty alleviation were used as the explanatory variables,respectively.County size,industrial structure,employment support,investment scale,consumption level,location advantage,and external accessibility were used as explanatory variables.Tobit regression model was used to analyze the effect of each factor on the efficiency of transportation poverty alleviation.County size,industrial structure,employment support,consumption level,location advantage,and investment scale were all found to influence the efficiency of transportation poverty alleviation in the border mountainous areas of western Yunnan to varying degrees.And further analyze the distribution characteristics of the indicators of the factors influencing the efficiency of transportation poverty alleviation according to the results of county transportation poverty alleviation efficiency type classification.Finally,the previous paper and the analysis results are combined to propose countermeasures to improve the efficiency of county transportation in poverty alleviation. |
