The significance of knowledge to the growth of individuals,nations,and the globe is immense.In today’s ever-evolving world,enterprise knowledge has become a key strategic asset for businesses.The management and utilization of knowledge have a major effect on the technological innovation aptitude and long-term competitiveness of enterprises.At present,Chinese enterprises are facing complex and changeable external environmental pressure,and the demand for enterprise knowledge management is more urgent.As the largest company of new urbanization housing in China,B corporation attaches great importance to knowledge management.However,with the increase in the group’s transaction volume in recent years,the functions of the current company’s knowledge management system cannot meet the future needs of the corporation.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of B Corporation to further optimize its knowledge management system by evaluating and analyzing the existing problems in knowledge management.In this dissertation,it begins by delving into the background and research importance of the subject,examining research trends both domestically and internationally,outlining research goals and material,and introducing the fundamental theories associated with knowledge management and enterprise knowledge management.These theories serve as a theoretical foundation for examining the present state of knowledge management of B Corporation and constructing optimization scheme designs,thereby enhancing the precision and scientificity of optimization schemes.Secondly,by introducing the development history of B Corporation,analyzing its business operation status and the current use of knowledge management system,combining a questionnaire survey with a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the results,B Corporation conducted a survey to assess the current state of their knowledge management system.This survey was further supplemented by a statement regarding the technical means and calculation methods employed,it is found that the knowledge management of B Corporation exists problems in administrators,employee,company culture,KM process,KM system and organization,and explore the deep reasons behind the problems.At last,taking into account the applicable theoretical foundation of knowledge management and the actual circumstances of B Corporation,the knowledge management optimization plan of B Corporation is formulated based on the analysis.At the same time,system,organization and finance measures are proposed in order to optimize the application of the scheme,.B Corporation is taken as the research object,applies relevant theoretical knowledge to evaluate it’s knowledge management system and conducts research on the knowledge management system.The research results are committed to providing theoretical basis and feasible solutions for optimizing the knowledge management system of B Corporation,and providing new ideas for optimizing B Corporation and other enterprises.
