In the enterprise,the knowledge is both as the important resources and as the main instrument of participating in marketing competition.Efficient resource management of knowledge,which provides the maximum value for the enterprise,has enormous facilitation in perfecting the product design,manufacturing,and maintenance,in addition,it is very important for raising market competitiveness.On the basis of existing research of knowledge management,the characteristic for the knowledge of mechanical and electrical products is analyzed.Combined with the knowledge management and needs of Benefo Group,the methods and theories of knowledge management is researched,and then the three-dimensional classification system and the management system of cloud knowledge is built in the article.The main content of this paper is as follows:1.The knowledge classification method of mechanical and electrical products is researched.Combined with the variety and different of structure function,the three-dimensional knowledge category system is build based on the dimensionality of technology principle,product mix and product life cycle.On the basis of SVM decision tree,the classification algorithms is researched,which could categorize the knowledge of mechanical and electrical products for Benefo Group,and guideline other enterprises on the knowledge category system.2.The method of knowledge map in Benefo Group is researched.The collection of knowledge in Benefo Group is completedby the method of both online and offline.And then,the needs and principle of knowledge map is elaborated,the generation method of knowledge map is researched based on the conceptual clustering.According to the knowledge architecture of Benefo Group,the knowledge map,growth figure,variation diagram of knowledge structure and three-dimensional generated images are drawed on the macro level,and Hasse figure of the knowledge node is drawed on the microscopic level.3.The construction method of the management system for cloud knowledge is researched.In order to make the management of Benefo Group more efficient,and to make it easy to share and reuses,the construction method of the management system is discussed.The concrete plans of knowledge management system are built based on the function design and the whole design frame;the major technologies of building the management system for cloud knowledge is confirmed and discussed in depth;by the method of knowledge model which is five-diversity,the management system for cloud knowledge is descripted in detail as an example.The knowledge management of Group is very achievable by the theoretical approach of knowledge management which is proposed in this paper could.It is very significate to develop knowledge platform in web,and it is a good reference to knowledge management for other industry.
