Research On Enterprise Knowledge Management Based On Knowledge Networks

Throughout human history of economic development,according to the division of the industrial structure can be divided into the three forms: agricultural economy,industrial economy and the knowledge-based economy. The prosperity of a knowledge-based economy is not directly dependent on natural resources and monetary amount of capital,but on direct production, transfer and use of knowledge characterized in knowledge innovation and knowledge-sharing in the economy,with investment mainly to intangible assets, intelligent and innovative traits.In view of the era of knowledge economy development in different patterns and internal requirements,knowledge management came into being,and accompanied by the development of a knowledge-based economy and the continuous development of evolution,which is a modern management mechanism to maximize the use and dissemination of knowledge so that enterprises will be able to maintain the core strengths and competitive advantage.At present,the knowledge management practices are increasingly turning to knowledge network platform,therefore,attaching great importance to the network of knowledge-based enterprise knowledge management theory research and practice,enhancing the level of knowledge management,obtaining competitive advantage and seeking sustainable development of enterprises will no doubt have a very urgent and authentic importance.Chinese enterprises must conform to the trend of the times,under the support of technology represented by computer,information and network technology,vigorously strengthen the enterprises knowledge management practices based on knowledge network.To that end,this thesis is to explore the internal and external enterprises Topology model of knowledge after analysis of its mechanism of interaction,thus to integrate of knowledge-based enterprise network topology model of knowledge management system,then to systematically recall the planning and implementation theory of knowledge management based on knowledge network.Making use of the scientific enterprise system methodology,accurate scientifically and rationally choose the timely entry point into knowledge management and knowledge management projects.With knowledge management technology,reflecting the scientific processes and theoretical guidance in the process of planning and proper implementation to improve the standard of knowledge management sustainability,timeliness and success rate.Finally,set out the performance evaluation of the knowledge management theory in detail,emphasize on the building of multi-level index system knowledge management performance evaluation,choose DEA composite DEA-C~2GS~2 method to analyze all samples' relative effectiveness and given appropriate recommendations for improvement.The core of this thesis is intended to emphasize knowledge networks in the era of knowledge economy.On the premise of information and network technology has become more sophisticated,its increasingly important role is upgrading,from the management point of view this thesis is in order to study and build enterprise knowledge management Topology model system based on knowledge network,and used composite DEA-C~2GS~2 method for enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation networks based on knowledge network.The innovation lies in those two points.This thesis makes full use of the combination method of qualitative and quantitative analysis,specification analysis and empirical analysis,theories and practices,as well as focus on part and the overall.According to the study and research writing-paper format and logical requirements,the thesis has a whole entity,rigorous logic and clear structure.
