The new generation of knowledge workers play an important role in enterprises.They are the main driving force of new ideas,new technologies and new methods in enterprises.It is of great significance to encourage them to produce innovative ideas and innovative behaviors.Market competition is becoming more and more fierce.Although state-owned enterprises are constantly carrying out self-reform,compared with some new enterprises such as the Internet,the management means and methods of state-owned enterprises are still more traditional,and the incentive means basically focus on money and promotion.Due to the lack of attention to the inner feelings and emotions of employees,various incentive means fail to achieve the best results.Based on the emotional event theory,this paper studies the relationship between work fun and encouraging employees’ innovative behavior,and tests the effect of emotional experience on encouraging innovative behavior.This paper takes the new generation of knowledge workers in a state-owned enterprise as the research object,and collects 116 effective questionnaires with the help of spss24 0 and mplus8 3 the software analyzes the data and draws the following conclusions:(1)work fun is the main factor to stimulate the innovative behavior of the new generation of knowledge workers and the factor to produce the incentive effect.Both high arousal work fun and low arousal work fun have a significant positive impact on employees’ innovative ideas and innovative behavior.(2)Work pleasure is the factor that drives the new generation of knowledge workers to have different emotional experiences.High arousal work pleasure and low arousal work pleasure have significant positive effects on low drive and high drive emotional experience.(3)Emotional experience plays a mediating role in the relationship between work fun and stimulating the innovative behavior of the new generation of knowledge workers.On the one hand,the conclusion of this paper helps to supplement the content of work fun in the current theoretical research,on the other hand,it focuses on the research model of incentive innovation of the new generation of knowledge workers.The research conclusion provides theoretical support for enterprises to carry out innovation incentive for the new generation of knowledge workers.It not only enlightens enterprises to formulate work fun according to the innovation needs of enterprises and actively carry out high wake-up work fun activities,but also pay attention to stimulating employees’ emotional experience and give full play to the role of corporate culture combined with work fun.
