| Employee innovation behavior is the key to achieving sustainable development in enterprises,and the research on its internal mechanism has always been the focus of scholars and entrepreneurs.With the outbreak of the COVID-19,the survival environment of enterprises and the working environment of employees are facing a major test.The original emotional and psychological problems of employees emerge,and the impact of spiritual factors on employees’ innovative behavior is valued.Team is the basic organizational structure for an enterprise to carry out work.As an important characteristic of a team,team emotional intelligence can effectively improve team members’ ability to recognize,manage,and use emotions,and to a certain extent affect employee behavior choices.However,in modern enterprise management practices,teams often attach importance to work tasks while ignoring the spiritual needs of employees.Therefore,starting from an emotional perspective,this thesis explores the impact of team emotional intelligence on employees’ innovative behavior from both the team and individual perspectives,providing new ideas for contemporary enterprises to fully tap their innovative potential and improve their innovative behavior level and enterprise innovation performance.Based on theories such as resource conservation theory and emotional event theory,this study explores the impact mechanism of team emotional intelligence and workplace spirituality on employee innovation behavior in the current context.By constructing a research relationship model,empirical analysis is conducted through research.Based on the collected 342 valid data,statistical analysis software such as SPSS 27.0 and AMOS24.0 were used for data analysis.The research results showed that team emotional intelligence has a significant positive impact on workplace spirituality and employee innovation behavior;Workplace spirituality has a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior,and there is a mesomeric effect between team emotional intelligence and employee innovation behavior;Leadership driven regulatory focus behavior(leadership driven focused language framework)plays a positive regulatory role between team emotional intelligence and workplace spirituality,as well as between team emotional intelligence and employee innovative behavior.The regulatory role between team emotional intelligence and employee innovative behavior is mediated through workplace spirituality.Propose targeted suggestions for managers in the context of China’s innovation driven strategy in the context of enterprise scenarios.Build a bridge for the study of the relationship between team emotional intelligence and employee innovation behavior from a multidisciplinary perspective,verify the mechanism of the effects of team emotional intelligence and workplace spirituality on employee innovation behavior,enrich the research perspective of the motivation mechanism of employee innovation behavior,and improve the hierarchy and systematicity of regulatory focus theory and leadership theory. |
