| In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge is a strategic resource in the process of survival and development of enterprises.In order to gain advantages in the market competition,it is an important issue for each enterprise to expand and reserve the knowledge resources within the organization.Within an enterprise organization,individual employees are the most important knowledge carriers.On the one hand,knowledge sharing behavior of employees can improve the knowledge flow rate within the organization;on the other hand,it can generate new knowledge in the sharing process.As the core link in the knowledge management process,it plays a key role in expanding the knowledge base within the organization and improving the overall knowledge endowment of the organization.However,the competition consciousness and internal volume thought of individual employees make the organization generally have negative resistance to knowledge sharing.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the influence mechanism that can promote the knowledge sharing behavior of employees.Individual psychological perception and spiritual thought are the key factors that affect their behavior.Workplace spirituality,as a positive psychological factor,can drive employees to take the initiative.This thesis focuses on the workplace spirituality and the influence of various dimensions on knowledge sharing behavior.Explore the mediating role of affective commitment between workplace spirituality and knowledge sharing.Meanwhile,psychological safety is introduced as the moderating variable between affective commitment and knowledge sharing behavior.Data were collected through questionnaire survey,SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 data analysis software were used to analyze and verify the collected questionnaire data.The research results showed that:(1)Workplace spirituality can positively promote employees’ knowledge sharing behavior.(2)Workplace spirituality positively promotes affective commitment.(3)Affective commitment plays a positive role in promoting employees’ knowledge sharing behavior.(4)Affective commitment plays a mediating role between various dimensions of workplace spirituality and knowledge sharing behavior.(5)Psychological safety can positively regulate the influence of affective commitment on knowledge sharing.Finally,according to the research conclusions of this thesis,the following management suggestions are put forward: In the process of employee management,the managers of enterprises should pay attention to the psychological state of employees,enhance the sense of work significance,shape the team atmosphere,strengthen the identification of values,and cultivate the workplace spirituality of employees.At the same time,they should improve the affective commitment and psychological safety level of employees to the organization,and stimulate the knowledge sharing behavior of employees. |
