With the development of service industry,post-90 employees gradually enter the workplace.Their emotions?work attitude and work behavior affect the organizational performance.They play a vital role for the rapid development of enterprises.Post-90 employees has also aroused widespread concern.It becomes hot topic to what affect the mood?attitude and behavior of post-90 employees and how to nurture post-90 employees' positive work emotions.In the past studies,the importance of emotional labor was analyzed from the consequences of employee's emotional labor,or the perspective of demographics,including gender?age and educational level.The study about influence of leadership on emotional labor is little.The study just analyzes the influence of leadership style on employee's emotional labor in the theory level.There is lack of empirical study.The study adopts longitudinal and posterior measurement and selects 216 volunteers as subjects.We study the influence of authentic leadership on emotional labor labor of post-90 employees from affective event theory perspective by means of simulated scenario experiment.In order to increase the external validity of the study,this study carried out a questionnaire survey and 344 valid questionnaires were collected from the enterprises.The results of experiment study and enterprise practice showed that:(1)when the emotional events occur,post-90 employees tend to conduct surface acting.(2)When the emotional events occur,authentic leadership positively affects the deep acting of post-90 employees.(3)When the emotional events occur,authentic leadership has no significant effect on surface acting of post-90 employees.The research shows that authentic leadership has a significant effect on the deep acting of post-90 employees.Authentic leadership should play an exemplary role and cultivate their followers.They can influence the attitudes of the employees and make them improve service quality.At the same time,enterprises should actively guide the surface acting of post-90 employees and reduce negative impact of surface acting on their life and work.
