With the rapid development of the current economy and society,the number of private cars has exploded,the urban traffic pressure has gradually increased,and the air pollution caused by automobile exhaust emissions has gradually increased.In order to alleviate this phenomenon,the state has put forward the strategic goal of ’ double carbon’ and encouraged the promotion of green,environmental protection and low-carbon lifestyle.’ Public transport priority ’ is undoubtedly an important way to practice green travel.Public transport is one of the indispensable factors for the normal operation of urban life.As a very important group in the bus industry,bus drivers play an important role in the development and operation of the bus industry.The degree of job burnout of bus drivers is directly related to the development of urban public transport,the urban traffic environment and the construction of urban public transport system,and the safety of people going out.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the job burnout of bus drivers.In view of this development background,this thesis selects a state-owned enterprise in HS City,H City Bus Company as the research object.Based on the three-dimensional theory of job burnout,job matching theory,and two-factor theory,the personal information of bus drivers,the revised MBI-GS scale,and the questionnaire on the influencing factors of job burnout based on the four levels of individual,work,organization,and society were designed.A sample survey of bus drivers in H City Public Transport Company was conducted using in-depth interviews and questionnaires.A total of 432 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed using SPSS From the analysis results,the bus drivers of H City Bus Corporation have a certain degree of job burnout,among which the emotional exhaustion dimension is the most serious.Then,by means of correlation analysis and regression analysis,this thesis deeply analyzes the four factors that lead to the job burnout of bus drivers in H City Public Transport Corporation,which are caused by the decline of personal physical quality,the difficulty of coordination between work and family,the poor working environment,the excessive work pressure,the low salary level,the difficulty of promotion,the decline of social support and the low social status.Finally,from the four levels of individual,work,organization and society,this thesis puts forward the coping strategies to improve and eliminate job burnout,that is,at the individual level,pay attention to physical and mental health,coordinate work and family relations;improve the working environment and reduce job responsibilities at the working level;improve the salary system and promotion system at the organizational level;strengthen the construction of social support system at the social level,and strengthen social propaganda,improve the social status of bus drivers.It is hoped to provide a feasible basis for improving and eliminating job burnout of bus drivers in H City Public Transport Corporation.
