Whether you have a very long period of time on the work of general uninterested? For the current state of occupation, is it right? You filled with boredom? Have extremely high efficiency for you, is it right? Now work performance was significantly reduced and physical exhaustion? If you are the "symptoms", you have faced the crisis of occupation burnout.This study first of all from the employee occupation burnout theory, influencing factors and basic content, according to the enterprise (Vorwerk household china) sales of the actual situation, using random sampling method, through the questionnaire survey on the 5 enterprises focus on the city's 9 branch 154 line sales staff occupation burnout questionnaire.Secondly, comprehensive use of employee occupation burnout and related theory, aiming at this problem, put forward theoretical basis, the analysis of domestic and foreign relevant research literature on the basis of occupation burnout, combing the related concepts, theories, put forward the aim of the present study. Through the work values, team climate, leadership support, coworker support, occupation development opportunities, individual work environment matching degree content of the investigation, and carried out an empirical investigation. And the use of standard deviation analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, reliability analysis and data processing method of the survey results are analyzed in depth. According to the specific findings, analysis of enterprise sales staff occupation burnout status and the possibility of existence, as well as employee occupation burnout and individual, situational factors, individual job matching relationship.Finally, combining practice with theory, discuss our occupation burnout of employees and the company's influence factor, and in these analyses based on the results of a study, draws the empirical conclusion, and according to the research results, put forward countermeasures and suggestions. Hope that through this study to explore to establish sales industry, solve effectively the enterprise sales staff occupation burnout coping strategies system.
