| With the development of China’s economy and social progress,social division of labor is increasingly refined and standardized.As an important part of modern service industry,the influence of logistics industry is gradually expanding.Logistics industry plays an important role in promoting the optimization of industrial structure and consumption.The level of logistics efficiency has become an important indicator of the development level of logistics industry in a country or a region.Improving logistics efficiency plays an increasingly important role in promoting regional economic growth.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to evaluate the regional logistics efficiency and explore the factors affecting the logistics efficiency.As an old industrial base,Northeast China is the first region to realize industrialization in China.It has rich natural resources and unique geographical conditions.However,in recent years,the economy of Northeast China has been declining.In order to promote the sustainable development of Northeast China,the State Council approved the 13 th five year plan for the revitalization of Northeast China in 2016,proposing the policy direction of "deepening the internal cooperation and collaborative development mechanism of the three northeast provinces,and breaking through the traffic bottleneck between Northeast China and other provinces".It is very important to judge the development level of Northeast regional logistics for the development of Northeast regional logistics and economic development.Therefore,this paper evaluates the efficiency of regional logistics in the three northeast provinces,and analyzes the factors that affect the efficiency of regional logistics,hoping to promote the sustainable development of regional logistics and economy in the three northeast provinces.This paper uses econometrics,modern logistics and other theoretical methods.Firstly,taking the logistics input-output index of Liaoning Province,Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province from 2008 to 2019 as the research object,this paper makes DEA evaluation and Analysis on the overall logistics efficiency of the three northeast provinces.The results show that the regional logistics efficiency of the three northeast provinces is low,and there are some problems such as the loss of logistics talents and the imbalance of regional development.On the basis of efficiency evaluation,according to the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of regional logistics,this paper constructs Tobit regression model to analyze the main factors affecting the efficiency of regional logistics.The results show that the level of economic development,the level of industrial structure and the utilization rate of resources are the main factors affecting the regional logistics efficiency,and also the key to promote the regional logistics efficiency of the three northeast provinces. |
